Emotions are lower level responses occurring in the subcortical regions of the brain in your body altering your physical state.

Feelings originate in the neocortical regions of the brain, are mental associations and reactions to emotions, and are subjective being influenced by personal experience, beliefs, and memories.

The subcortical areas, shown here in brown are where more basic mental processes occur.

The neocortex the wavy areas in green –contains centers for cognition and other complex mental operations.

SYNTHESISFinally after explaining visually the different parts of the body and the definition of emotions and feelings and their different ways , students shall carry out activities as a review to determine whether understood the lesson

FINAL MOTIVATIONThe teacher will give students a bingo with different body parts written in the boxes in a different order .

Next the teacher mentioned one by one and the first to achieve fill the carton will be the winner.
