I recruited Frank Walsh in June 2014 to help with the transition of a new General Manager.

His mentoring of the GM and senior management team was essential to ensure profitability of the

business.

Frank was instrumental in securing essential employees and developing an overall material planning

strategy.

Implementing best practices such as visual management and his affable nature developed a continual

improvement culture.

I then asked Frank to support my largest business in my portfolio once the General Manager resigned. It
