Beetroot & potato rosti
500 g potato - 500 g beetroot - 2 tbsp chickpeaflour
These are the only ingredients you need for this fancy looking sidedish. (Except for some water and oil.)
Grate the potato and beetroot. Try to squeeze out moisture as much as possible. Mix your chickpeaflour with some water. Stir this mixture in your grated vegetables. Form patties. Fry them in some olive-oil on both sides.
PS: if the pattie-forming doesn't work. Fry the whole thing at once. While your flipping, your rosti is probably going to break up in pieces anyway.
