    Stakeholder Management, Project Design Lead, Technical Expert My position at Cantium involved the simultaneous management of a vast array of the systems contained

    within the business environment.

    The most notable project undertaken during included the ground up planning, design and operational

    management of a complete supply chain system allowing Cantium to successfully manage a 500,000supply contract with a customer. This was inclusive of designing a supply system allowing us to translatethe BOM requirements from the customers systems into a dataset that Cantium could use to effectively

    plan the procurement, storage, kit creation and supply of the BOMs to the customer. This system has

    been a resounding success, allowing a very small number of employees the ability to operate the entireproject and maintaining the highest service level to our customer.

    National Scanned Margin- Data Analysis Scanned Margin for Budgens Stores encompasses the analysis of Budgens sales data per store with the

    aim to target discrepancies, gaps or any other issue the data may have. The role requires consistentliaison with nation stakeholders such as store owners, EPOS providers and system developers to ensure

    that the daily reports are as comprehensive as possible.

    Corporate Internal Mobile Expert I was the key liaison for the GB Mobile Contract with O2. This role as a sub heading of my service deskrole entails the purchasing of mobile devices, tariffs and troubleshooting with O2, ensuring that correct

    purchasing procedures are maintained and that budgeting was adhered to.

    The entire Service Request role entails the internal administration of over 10 key systems including Active

    Directory, Oracle, DIDOS and a number of bespoke systems (Many with Unix backbones).
