Respray & Repair Service

Bronze Service - £3.85We will Respray your Chairs when they arrive,giving you the opportunity of utilising your staffto Sand and prep the chairs during your quietperiod. All repairs are priced once the Chairshave been inspected.

Silver Service - £4.85We will Light Sand (de-nib) your chairs prior toa Re-spray of one coat of Lacquer – gettingrid of any flaky areas and allowing your Chairslook good at any Venue. All repairs are pricedonce the Chairs have been inspected.

Gold Service - £5.85We will mechanically Heavy Sand your chairsprior to giving one coat of Lacquer. This is themost popular Service and is recommended forChairs that are on hire more than 10 hires perSeason and are transported from site to site. Allrepairs are priced once the Chairs have beeninspected.

Platinum Service - £9.70We will mechanically Heavy Sand your chairsprior to carrying out any repairs and tighteningthe Chairs and giving two coats of Lacquer,sanding between each coat. This Service isrecommended for Chairs that require a lot ofTLC. The Chairs will be stacked 8-high andcovered with a Rosetone Chair Bag.

Platinum Plus Service - £15.70We will Strip your Chairs back to their Rawwood, Re-spray to any colour using two coats ofLacquer, tighten the Chairs and carry out anyrepairs – effectively giving you back a fully New-looking Chair, all bar any knocks and dents. TheService is specifically recommended for Chairsthat have more than 8+ layered coats ofLacquer causing the Lacquer to crack in someareas of the Chairs. The Chairs will be stacked8-high and covered with a Rosetone Chair Bag.It is not possible to strip a Chinesemanufactured chair.

Rosetone have been re-spraying and repairingChairs for Hire for our customer for over 25years now and we are ever improving andrefining our procedures and processes allowingus to stay the top of our game.

We appreciate every venue or furniture hirecompany is different, hence offering 5 differentServices – we hope that by explaining anddetailing these Services we are helping youchose the right one for your Business, butplease gives us a call to discuss yourrequirements and allow us to offer our guidance.

For your guidance, we only recommend therefurbishment of European Chairs, we have notyet found a Chinese manufactured Chair that isup to being continually Resprayed and repairedand that will stand up to the heavy use for theHire purpose and we will therefore not Strip orcarry out Repairs to these chairs.

Manufactured in-house, by our skilled team, to a very high standard using the best quality, durable, hard-wearing materials. New, fresh and vibrant colours available for next season.

We have access to over 300 fabrics in all colours to choosefrom.

Rosetone currently have the capacity to produce over 5,000seat pads a week; we can also produce Bistro seat pads.

• Light Plywood bases ensure the Seat Pads are not heavy tohandle.

• 2” Fire retardant foam guarantees the best comfort and life ofthe Pad.

• Velcro fastenings to customer requirements at no extra charge.

Terms and Conditions

Payment• Payment can be made by Debit Card, Credit Card

(2.5% bank charges apply), BACS or cash - prior todelivery or collection.

Deposit• New customers will be required to pay a deposit of

50% of the hire charge once an order has been placed. • Orders are not confirmed bookings until the deposit is

paid. • The balance for the hire must be paid 4 weeks prior to

delivery or collection, which is when final numbers mustbe supplied.

Wash Up Service• A wash up service is available at a cost of 30% of the

invoice value. • This must be pre-booked when placing your order. • Items returned dirty without prior booking will result in

an extra charge. • Wash up service instructions will be included with your

order, if they are not followed, an extra charge willapply.

Cancellations• Orders cancelled or substantially reduced within 4

weeks of start of hire will incur a charge of 100% of thetotal hire charge.

Hire Charges and Delivery/Collection• Charges are for three days hire. • The equipment will be delivered the day prior to use

and collected the following day (subject to availability). • Delivery charges are available on request. • Weekend hire is available from Friday and to Monday;

this is still only charged at a three day rate. • Out of hours delivery and collection may be made by

prior arrangement, but will be subject to an additionalcost.

• Customers are more than welcome to collect ordersfrom our premises.

• Rosetone is not liable for late or non-delivery orcollection due to circumstances beyond its control andcan give no specific delivery or collection times.

• The customer is responsible for all equipment,containers, bags and boxes from time of delivery untilcollection.

• All equipment is hygienically cleaned and packed inlabelled containers and should be returned as near aspossible in a like condition.

• Containers, bags and partitions will be charged for ifnot returned.

• Please check orders upon receipt as claims forshortages will not be accepted after hire.

• Extra charges apply for use of stairs and lifts by ourdelivery team.

• Any breakages, missing items or damages will bereported back by email within 48 hours of return andpayment taken from the same card as original paymentreceived.

• The goods remain the property of Rosetone untilpayment is received in full.

• Delivery and collection is to ground floor only, stairsand lifts are charged as extra.

Safety• Please ensure that anyone who uses the hire

equipment is properly instructed to use them safely. • No responsibility can be accepted for any injury caused

by equipment hired.

Value Added Tax• All prices quoted and delivery charges are subject to

the addition of Value Added Tax at the current rate.
