żywiona do chrześcijan - to przykładowy serwis informacyjny.
Przed końcem roku liturgicznego Jezus zwraca naszą uwagę na
koniec świata. Mówi jednak o tym nie po to, aby wzbudzać lęk,
lecz przeciwnie - wielką nadzieję. Zapewnia On, że wśród
najgorszych kataklizmów nie zginie nawet włos z waszej głowy.
Mamy być wytrwali, bo dzięki temu zyskamy życie.
Jezu, każde Twoje słowo biorę sobie do serca, gdyż ono jest
moim umocnieniem we wszelkich przeciwnościach. Udziel mi
Twego Ducha, abym mógł świadczyć o prawdzie Twej
Ewangelii.

ADVENT
Advent is the beginning of the Church's Liturgical Year. This
year Advent begins on Sunday, November 27th. The focus of
Advent is twofold: First, it is a time of preparation to help us
celebrate the anniversary of Jesus' birth on Christmas. Secondly,
it is a time provided us to live in anticipation of Jesus' Second
Coming.
To assist us to enter into this season of preparation and
anticipation the Little Blue Book for Advent is available at the
entrance of the Church. The little book contains prayers and
meditations for each day of the Advent Season. Please take one.
It is a useful aid in our preparation for Christmas.
NATIONAL BIBLE WEEK
From November 13-19, 2016, the US Catholic Bishops invite families, parishes, and all Catholic groups to participate in National Bible Week. "Ignorance of the Scriptures in ignorance of Christ." —St. Jerome
PRAYER AFTER THE ELECTION
God of all nations, Father of the human family, we
give you thanks for the freedom we exercise and the
many blessings of democracy we enjoy in these
United States of America.
We ask for your protection and guidance for all who
devote themselves to the common good, working for
justice and peace at home and around the world. We
lift up all our duly elected leaders and public servants,
those who will serve us as president, as legislators
and judges, those in the military and law
enforcement. Heal us from our differences and unite
us, O Lord, with a common purpose, dedication, and
commitment to achieve liberty and justice in the years
ahead for all people, and especially those who are
most vulnerable in our midst.
Amen.
JUBI LEE Y EAR OF MERCY The Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy will end when Pope
Francis closes the Holy Door at Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome
on Sunday, November 20th. The closing of the Holy Door at the
Cathedral of Saint Joseph in Hartford will take place this
Sunday, November 13th at the 11:00 AM Mass.

PARISH MEMBERSHIP: Registering at St. Stanislaus BM Church is the
foremost expression of your commitment to being part of our parish community. Being a registered parishioner also makes the process much simpler when it’s time to receive sacraments, register for religious education, to be entitled to the parish or the Hartford Archdiocesan tuition offered at a Catholic school for parish-registered Catholics, to sponsor a sacrament recipient, or even to plan church ministries. Church law no longer limits parish registration within particular boundaries. Make your commitment to St. Stanislaus BM Church, REGISTER!
PRZYNALEŻNOŚĆ DO PARAFII: Zapisując się do parafii dajesz wyraz poczucia
przynależności do lokalnej społeczności kościoła, św.
