Worship

New to Faith Church? If this is your first time in worship with us here at Faith

Church, welcome! We want to get to know you, so be sure to sign the friendship registry when it is passed to you.

Congregational Meeting AND Town Hall! The Session has called for a Congregational Meeting after

worship on April 24th to act on a report from the Nominating Committee. After the official Congregational Meeting is adjourned,

all are invited to stay for a Town Hall Meeting, during which several Elders and Pastor Tim will be facilitating a conversation about our

life together on Sunday mornings (our fellowship, discipleship, hospitality and worship). This is a conversation about possibilities,

and not about decisions that have already been made. All will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. This meeting is in response to the feedback offered by you all in the

Congregational Reflections Survey, so thank you again to all who responded to the survey!

Daybreak – April 18 1-2 persons to bake 2 doz. cookies each

Faith Church cooks and serves a meal at Daybreak one Monday each

month, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM.

Daybreak is a drop-in center for people suffering from mental illness, who may or may not also be homeless.

Helpers are also needed, especially cooks, from approx. 2:30 to 4:30 pm.

Because of possible nut allergies, please mark cookies that have nuts in them. Sugar-free cookies are also appreciated. Drop them off in the kitchen by noon of that Monday.

For more information, Bob Durn (610-928-0020). Don’t pass

up this very easy opportunity to “do unto others.”

Good News!

On Saturday, June 4, 2016, Faith Presbyterian Church will hold its Spring YARD SALE. All proceeds will

be divided equally between Westminster Village (elder care) and our partners in Riamukurwe Parish of Nyeri,

Kenya (in support of the orphanage and school).

Our goal is to involve the entire church and open our doors to

the community. The Yard Sale is more than a fundraiser, it encourages the community to see the physical church and feel the

community of love of our members.

You can help by:

Cleaning out your house and donating items. Encouraging friends and family to offer items for donation or

setting up a space and selling their own items. Everyone can participate by donating items or Volunteering to

Bake, be a Cashier, Setting Up, Kitchen Helper, or Cleaning UP.
