We specialise in the manufacture & installation of all

types of roller shutter doors.

As you will see 24-7 Roller Shutters have an excellent

We have one of the most comprehensive range of

shutters on the market today and most of these

products can be adapted to suit all different types of

sites and uses.

The shutters can be manually operated, hand chain

or the ever increasing popular electrical operation.

We offer a wide range of powder coated B.S. or R.A.L.

standard colours. The basic finish being a 22 gauge

galvanised steel. All guides, canopies, flags & bottom

rails etc. are also galvanised steel.

Free surveys are provided for both new installations

and repairs. Furthermore, 24-7 Roller Shutters will

not only supply, install and repair this equipment, but

we will also give you the same high standards in our

Annual Maintenance Agreement. This will ensure that

all your shutters, are kept in the best possible

condition.

Nationwide call outs during normal working hours

are usually dealt with on a same day basis, however a

24 hour service is available for use in an emergency.

24-7 Roller Shutters manufacturer and install a

range of fire resistant tubular motor roller shutter

doors.

Ideal for all kinds of kitchen server’s, offices,

commercial use, schools and colleges, our fire

resistant roller shutter doors have been tested to BS

476 part 22 1987 for up to 240 minutes fire resistance

by the Loss Prevention Council Board (Tests carried

out by Warrington Fire Research Centre). With your

safety of prime importance, our fire shutters give you

added peace of mind in case a fire breaks out.

Fire Interface Panels

This is linked to the fire alarm and the signal required

from the fire alarm is 24 volt D.C. 0.5 amps. This is

the most commonly used activation allowing for

frequent testing and re-setting, when the door is

returned to the open position (after removal of the

fire signal), the solenoid can be automatically reset.

Battery Back-Up Unit

Principally the tube motor fire shutter requires a

maintained supply. If this cannot be achieved then

effectively the shutter will require a battery back-up

unit. If under fire conditions there is a power failure,

the shutter must have a means of ensuring closure,

the unit provided will give the facility for at least one

operation under fire conditions.

Visual Warning (FDI)

Principally, this unit is designed to delay the closing

of the fire shutter. Generally the fire alarm is linked to

the audio unit and from the audio unit into the

solenoid. On activation from the fire alarm the unit

starts to ‘Flash & Sound’, this unit contains a

programmable timer which effectively delays the

signal to the solenoid to close the door.

The flexible solution for a safe exit route.

Invisible when not in use our flame curtain is fully

automatically activated in the event of a fire alarm or

power failure. This ensures safety where it is needed

without having to compromise on the aesthetics or

design of a building.

The curtain when lowered or deployed divides up

large open spaces to slow down the spread of fire,

allowing a safe exit. The 24-7 curtain is strong

enough to contain a fire for up to 2 hours whilst still

allowing a route of escape should this be required.

This is achieved by simply lifting the bottom rail to

create a gap large enough to go under.

If any one beam is interrupted whilst the door is in

Manufactured from tough twin-walled aluminium

slats with an insulating core, the curtain is held in

place with high performance webbing that is

unaffected by extremes of temperature. A strong

extruded top slat and our patented comb locking

mechanism effectively resist attack by would be

intruders.

Our insulated roller shutters are available in a choice

of colours, allowing you to match your door to

existing paintwork or double-glazing for a

coordinated look to your premises.

Insulation

Insulated foam-filled slats, combined with superior

guide rail inserts, bottom slat rubber seals and a

curtain that finishes higher than competitor designs

help increase energy efficiency and reduce heating

costs, with a typical U value of 5.2 W/m2 K.

Insulated steel roller shutters has been

independently tested and certified to withstand a

Class 5 wind loading at 7000mm wide.

The roll-formed insulated steel profile sections have

Extremely versatile, the viper spike can be fitted at

almost any angle to fences, walls, gates, pylons,

stadium lighting, roof elevations, telegraph poles,

highway lighting, CCTV masts, drainpipes and

numerous other applications. The Viper Spike is a

robust device, both powerful and impressive in

appearance and tenacious in its capabilities when

challenged. It’s attractive, friendly appearance is

deceiving. Unlike conventional alternatives, the Viper

Spike does not contain rusting, entangling or
