1. What does KVS expect you to do?
Recognize that Teaching are training are different aspects of education
Understand that your roles and responsibilities at ZIET differ vastly form that of a teacher
Acquiring a new corpus of knowledge, set of skills and attitudes as a Teacher Educator and Trainer
2. What does KVS expect you to do?
Evolve as a researcher in identifying the training needs of various categories of employees of the KVS

Tasks before training
Conduct survey; do research Identify need; define the needs Plan the course Decide HR requirements Decide materials requirements Decide infrastructural requirement Produce the training Module Prepare proposal and get approval Contact trainees and do briefing
Tasks during training
Transact knowledge to trainees Develop skills in trainees Cultivate attitudes Test for objective realization Anticipate problems and be proactive Manage crisis situations Enlist trainee support
After training
Follow up Analyze output Evaluate training effectiveness Review the entire training process Modify the training process where

Ability to prepare various types of input preformae, questionnaires etc
