    Arena

Dimensions of the arena would be 4000mm*2500mm.

    Event Rules

No restrictions on number of bots and additional objects Voltage rating of any component should not exceed 24 volts. A team would be disqualified if any part being used is found potentially

dangerous. Max 5 mins would be provided to participants for setting up the arena. In case if a robot stops working or power supply gets disconnected, then

maximum 2 interventions would be allowed to rectify theproblem(maximum time of such interventions should not exceed 1 minute

otherwise the time would counted under participation time) or a singlerestart is possible. Teams have to bring their own music track. While performing no team member is allowed to enter arena, unless there

    Prelims round

    Would be 2 minutes round

The time starts after the team gets ready with the setup and the robot. Teams can present a part of their setup, that is all robots additional

components (if any) may or may not perform. It is basically an elimination round to select suitable teams and so your

innovation, creativity, sensibility would be judging criteria. No part of the robot should go out of the arena during the performance.

    Finals

Max time limit is 5 mins. Here your final presentation matters a lot.

Key grading areas would be:o Innovationo Designing of robot(its compactness and quality of work done)o Fluency( flow of performance without any unexpected hang-ups)o Level of usage of additional tools(if any)(we expect a proper

utilization of any such component used)o

    Presentation

    General Rules

The team can have a maximum of4 members. Robot can be of any size but it should fit within the arena. Any team that is not ready at the time specified will be scratched from the

competition automatically. The machine will be checked for its safety before the race and will be

discarded if found unsafe for other participants and spectators. Judges decision shall be treated as final and binding on all. The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules
