Directed operational efficiency review of a top 10 U.S. Financial Institution processor. Reviewed products included: merchant payment acceptance, cash management services, and ATM and card processing. Review processes included: creation of operations metrics, development of cost and revenue forecasting tools, and recommendations of changes for efficiency gains. Identified million-dollar cost saving, replete with action plan.

Conducted an activity-based cost study of 5 major New Zealand banks – designed methodology; collected and interpreted data; helped banks to optimize operations and enhance profitability; and provided Visa New Zealand with critical information for guiding interchange.
