Summary: Built Functioning TACACS+ Demo in Dcloud & working with DCLOUD and the BU to validate and publish it.

From a technical perspective, whenever I have an ISE question, I know that Robert is available and willing to help. He has taken the time to speak with me over the phone to understand the ISE integration with FirePower and clearly articulate how the relationship works. Being a technical adviser is not only about technical problems, but has everything to do with general problem solving . For instance, Robert volunteered to mentor me through my first week as RFP manager. We worked through a very atypical RFP where there was no product positioning and a lack of information to help us with finding a product. There were over 5 x 1 hour or more phone conversations with the account team with this RFP and Robert was present on each. This was a very challenging case and went well beyond even my west coast hours, yet Robert helped me create a plan of attack and position the right product for the RFP, even though we had very little information to work with. He is very dedicated and will help as much as possible. Robert has also even taken over a case for me where CSM was involved. Everyone on our security team understand the complexity of CSM and entitlements for partners, and Robert was there to really help provide what the partner needed for his customer. Outside of GVE, Robert has even provided helpful tips and advice as I interviewed for field roles and is a person that I can count on to be there whether it is a technical concern or career question, as he also came from CSAP and knows what it is like to be early in career.…”
