RMMC Vision 2020 Weekly UpdatePleiades Building Project

WHAT’S BEEN DONEBUILDING PROJECT• Pleiades Spring was measured at 4.2 gpm on 12/3,
meaning we’re pumping about 6,000 gallons per day. Installed a backup pump ready to take over automatically if necessary, and are working on an alarm system to help monitor the pumping.
• Dug and poured three concrete piers for the big deck and the residence airlock on 12/4, in spite of 30” of frost.
• Windows and doors have been delivered.• Moved the five 1100 gallon water tanks into the
crawlspace.• Installed the old Pleiades furnace as a construction
heater for the building, with Brian Leatherman’s assistance.
• Installed fascia and roof edge support on the north end gable, and began work on the corbel beams.
