Platformer LPG maximization, by adding Tatoray and Isomer off gases to RCD section.

Study done on Petro-Sim, Tatoray & Isomer Off gases diverted to Platformer RCD section for LPG maximization, successful test run conducted in the plant, implemented , profit around 0.1 M US$/Annum.

Optimization of FCC Naphtha/Stabilized Crude Naphtha End point and quantity for the Aromatics plant.

Study done on Petro-Sim, FCC Naphtha cut optimized to increase the CCR reformate for Para Xylene potential, successful test run conducted in the plant, implemented , profit around 0.4 M US$/Annum.

Working as “Principal Analyst – PEP” in IHS Gurgaon and is mainly responsible for the technological development research & Process Economics for Aromatics complex technologies. This involves:

System design & Process Economics based on IHS proprietary software “PEPCost”.

Worked as “Technical Service Advisor” in GTC Technology Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon and responsible for start-up & technical services activities for Indian & Overseas projects.
