• Understand the safety and health requirements of the contract in particular Schedule D of Aramco Safety Standards, as well as the Construction Site Safety Program (CSSP) Hazard Identification Plan (HIP).

• Communicate safety rules and standards to the contractor and subcontractor workforce.• Inspect the work site daily, report any unsafe acts/conditions to the supervisor and/or foreman, provide

recommendations to correct deficiencies and follow-up to ensure corrective actions have been taken.• Participate in incident investigations, safety meetings, drills, etc., and conduct/facilitate safety training sessions

breach of safety in the workplaces to contain, minimize, prevent and control injuries and prevent further damage to properties.

• Activate triage system in health and medical emergencies.• Lead and direct evacuation of injured personnel. Real time and close coordination to other first responder team

in cases of multiple injuries in the place of incident.• Update and feedback the initial response and situation in the place of incident to Emergency Command

Center, Occupational Health Physician and other healthcare/medical support personnel for further action and decision making.

• Administer appropriate emergency nursing interventions on injuries to prevent further harm to injured personnel. Utilizing the approach DOTS (Deformities, Open Injuries, Tenderness, Swelling)

• Provide feedback and coordinate to other first responder units the status, current situation and development in the place of incident to prevent further harm to rescue units.

• Assess accordingly the situations in the place of incident, of cases where first response procedures are not enough. Immediately informing command center.

• Give utmost importance to the safety of first responders and other rescue units.

Carry Risk Assessment and Emergency Preparedness Training

• Ensure that shop floor are visited and inspected for emergency preparedness deficiencies on a regular basis.• Ensure all employees are aware of and meet their obligations how to respond to emergencies.• Report all critical findings immediately to respective area managers. Maintain adequate documentation.• Review and make recommendations as necessary how issues should be resolved.• Coordinates emergency preparedness related training.
