Falling equipment B - Likely 2 (Minor injuries or damage possible)

M - Moderate Risk Tape equipment legs to the floor. Check stability of equipment. Make sure that all nuts, bolts, locks are secure.

Check for injury and damage. Restore equipment to upright position and seek assistance of management if necessary.

Fire D - Unlikely 2-5 (Possible death and injuries/damage.Electrical burn likely)

E - Extreme Risk Check the origin of the fire (e.g. electrical etc)

Appropriate fire extinguishers on hand and ready.

If small fire, attempt to put out with appropriate fire extinguishers. If large, evacuate and call Fire Dept.

Injury from moving Heavy equipment

C - Moderate 2 (Minor injuries or damage possible)

M - moderate Risk Two people to carry or move the equipment using rough working gloves for grip and to avoid injury.

Check for injury and damage, call management or ambulance if necessary.

Overheating equipment C - Moderate 2 (Minor injuries or damage possible)

M - Moderate Risk Run a check of the equipment before use,assess risk. Provide heat resistant gloves as a precaution.

Allow equipment to cool and run an equipment check with caution. Call for assistance from management if necessary.

Potential theft of equipment E - Rare 1-2 (Minor injuries possible but unlikely)

H - High Risk Make sure there is a sufficient number of staff around to deter thieves, keep senior staff near vicinity.

Let the thieves take what they want, call police and senior management to area.Pack up remaining equipment and abort filming process for the day.
