M - Moderate Risk Provide heat resistant gloves for use with lights.

First aider on hand. If damage or injury is extensive, call management or ambulance.

L - Light Risk Tape down wires with high visibility tape, verbal warnings and signs.

Injury check, equipment check. If damage or injury is extensive seek first aider or management.

Electrical shortage C - Moderate 1-2 (Minor injuries possible)

M - Moderate Risk Use surge protected extension leads, adequate battery charge (decrease necessity for wires), extra fuses, no daisy chaining.

Cut the power to all equipment. Run checks of equipment and assess damage.Call assistance from management if necessary.

Electric shock D - Unlikely 2-5 (Possible death and injuries/damage.Electrical burn likely)

H - High Risk Do not daisy chain, make sure their are no faulty wires. Run check of all electrical equipment.

Falling equipment B - Likely 2 (Minor injuries or damage possible)

M - Moderate Risk Tape equipment legs to the floor. Check stability of equipment. Make sure that all nuts, bolts, locks are secure.

Check for injury and damage. Restore equipment to upright position and seek assistance of management if necessary.

Fire D - Unlikely 2-5 (Possible death and injuries/damage.Electrical burn likely)

E - Extreme Risk Check the origin of the fire (e.g. electrical etc)

Appropriate fire extinguishers on hand and ready.

If small fire, attempt to put out with appropriate fire extinguishers. If large, evacuate and call Fire Dept.

Injury from moving Heavy equipment

C - Moderate 2 (Minor injuries or damage possible)

M - moderate Risk Two people to carry or move the equipment using rough working gloves for grip and to avoid injury.

Check for injury and damage, call management or ambulance if necessary.

Overheating equipment C - Moderate 2 (Minor injuries or damage possible)

M - Moderate Risk Run a check of the equipment before use,assess risk. Provide heat resistant gloves as a precaution.

Allow equipment to cool and run an equipment check with caution. Call for assistance from management if necessary.
