What further control measures are required when
and by whomIf there has been rain outside or if there are any liquids on the floor then this can cause people to slip.
St NR Ps E If possible, make sure that everyone is wearing suitable footwear i.e. no heels or sandals.
The immediate members of staff to contact in the case of an emergency when present in the dance studio would be the Physical Education department as a first port of call.
There are large mirrors in the dance studio which are made of glass so if there is an incident and they break the glass could be very harmful to the people present in the room.
St Maj, F R B Make sure that every member of the crew is paying attention to their acts in an out of class environment and that there is no inappropriate behaviour that could possibly lead to the breaking of the mirrors. Also, make sure that the area that you are filming in is at a safe distance from the mirrors as possible just to avoid any incident that could be fatal.
In case of an emergency to do with the mirrors contact staff immediately.
