How do students become enrolled?

The registration cycle typically follows the calendar below:O February: For returning students, an Intent to Return letter is sent out

and parents indicate whether their child is returning or not. O April (within the first two weeks):The first two weeks of April is

designated for new parents inquiring about the our campus. The parents fill out an Admission for Application which will place their students in the upcoming lottery.

O May (First Friday): The lottery takes place where the applications are given numbers and then are pulled at random. (Note: The number of spaces that are available in each grade level depends on if our current students are returning or not. Siblings of current students also take priority so they immediately receive a space, if available. )O Following the lottery, letters are sent out to prospective parents know

that their child is either accepted or on the waiting list. The letter will advise the parent when registration takes place as well as what to bring.

O June (last week):Registration takes place for new students – returning students are automatically rolled over.
