collaboration is key i get it. You hired someone to work with your brand because you need help. that doesn’t mean you get to prop your feet up. i work with you, not for you, and i need your input and insight. the branding workbook and 1.5 hour discoverysession is not difficult or incredibly time-consuming, but it’s an essential part of the process...and it works.

texting is not a viable form of communicationOMg, i love a good text and emoticon like everyone else. But when providing project feedback, please refrain from texting. i like all of my vital project information in one place so nothing gets lost. You are only allowed to text me if it feels appropriate to end with a smiley poop emoticon, and, really, does it ever?

i’m Human, even tHougH i’d prefer not to admit iti try my best not to make mistakes, but when i do, i own it...and then i do whatever i can to make it right. i expect you to do the same. if some feedback falls through the cracks of your busy life or you forget an important project detail, it happens. Projects are typically booked about a month in advance, depending on the zoo’s current project load.
