ARTICLE II - STATEMENT OF WORK

Sccpe cf Work

A. General

The Contractor shall furnish the plant, equipment, supervison, labor and ,

miscellaneous accessorial materials, supplies and services, and provide allof regularly scheduled and extra shuttle bus services, as are more particularly

'hereinafter described, required to transport passengers, intra-agency mail,and/or government-controlled materials / equipment, between the service pointshereinafter set forth in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

B. Performance

The contractor shall perform the regularly scheduled shuttle bus servicesrenuired hereunder daily (Monday through Friday) throughout the term of

this contract, except on holidays observed by the Federal Government.The contractor shall also operate concurrent extra shuttleDus service to accommodate occasional passenger overflows if required by theCommission. Since this service is being run for the benefit of persons travelingor. official government business, timeliness of operation is of the essence in

determining satisfactory completion of each round trip under this contract.One complete northbound and southbound trip as further described in Section Cbelow, Service Points, constitutes one round trip. .

ARTICLE VII - PAYMENTS

A. Frequency: The Contractor shall submit invoices as frequently as <

once each month, if desired, unless more frequent billing isauthorized by the contracting officer. Payment shall be made inapproximately 30 days after receipt of correct invoice.

B. If this contract provides for a discount, the contractor shallindicate the cohtract's discount terms (Block 16 of Page 1) onthe face page of the invoice or voucher.

ARTICLE XIV - OPTION TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The NRC may request the Contractor fo provide one year of additional servicesin accordance with ARTICLE II and at the prices set forth in Part II underSupplies / Services and Prices. The Contracting Officer may exercise thisoption by giving written notice of the Government's exercise of such optionto the Contractor not later than the last day of the term of the contract. -

The Contracting Officer may give preliminary written notice of an intent toexercise such option within thirty (30) days prior to the last day of theterm of the contract; such preliminary, notice sh.all not beconstrued as an exercise of the option. If the Government exercises suchoption, the total duration of this contract, including the exercise ofany option under this clause, shall not exceed two (2) years.
