empty egg carton

red and black paint

compass

construction paper

paintbrush

googly eyes

a dedicated assistant

Step 1 : Draw and cut the shapes

Step 2 : Paint the egg carton and the circles

Cut up an empty egg carton. Use one section per ladybug.

Using a compass, drawcircles on the constructionpaper and cut them out.

Paint the eggcarton and thecircles in red.


Step 3 : Add dots and split the wings.

Step 4: Pair the leaves

Paint the front of the egg carton section black to create thehead of the ladybug. Draw black dots on the red circles.Then, cut the paper circles in half to make two wings.

Step 4 : Glue the ladybug's eyes and wings.

Glue googly eyes on the front of your egg carton.Then, glue the wings on top of your egg carton.

There you go!
