ERCOT will use the contact information provided by Market Participants via registration forms or NCIs, eliminating the need for Market Participants to provide contact information via Appendix F1  08/05/14: RMS unanimously Approved RMGRR125 with RMS edits.  9/9/14 Impact Analysis: Less than $10K, which will be absorbed by the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget of affected department. Historical Usage Data via Smart Meter Texas Web Portal Update◦ The Smart Meter Texas (SMT) project team is currently

developing a new Letter of Authorization (LOA) process that is planned for implementation in the fourth quarter of 2014.

◦ This SMT LOA process will create new functionality that allows Customers registered on SMT to authorize third parties access to their historical usage data. Due to this project’s planned implementation, AMWG is withdrawing RMGRR111.

◦ RMS had no issues or concerns with this withdrawal request.
