TAC Leadership stated going forward, CBAs will be needed for revisions or change requests with an Impact Analysis (IA) cost over 100K and/or any requests that were not unanimously approved.

This will allow TAC leadership to have all the necessary information available when presenting these requests to the Board for approval.
