– ESB Networks is responsible for all operational aspects, including making adjustments as necessary to maintain acceptable service levels for the Market as a whole

– Broker solution subject to independent assurance as determined by RMDS

– Queries must be manually initiated by a user– No MPRN must be queried more than once by

same broker solution within 24hr period– Suppliers must declare their intention of

implementing a Broker Solution prior to development

• Operational Guidelines (Suppliers)

– One Broker Solution is entitled to one Extranet connection with a declared username

– Suppliers must nominate and provide contact details for their administrator and alternate

– Users must be trained in acceptable use

– Wherever possible advance notice will be provided for HTML changes, unexpected changes reported at the next IGG

– Suppliers will be contacted if they place unacceptable load, if not alleviated ESBN may temporary disable Broker ID’s
