ALBEA (formerly Alcan-Rio Tinto) 2007 to 2013 Manager of Supply Chain & Customer Service, Washington, New JerseyLed a high energy, complex supply chain team that included customer service, production planning, inventory control, sales shipment forecasting, warehousing and transportation in a pharmaceutical rated, Lean Six Sigma and GMP operation manufacturing plant.

95% On Time-In Full Delivery through Six Sigma production planning process to a diverse customer base that includes Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Colgate, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer and others.

Created Financial Sales Forecast modeling tool to gauge monthly sales dollars against EBITDA expectations with 95% accuracy which then drove to the S&OP meetings downstream.

Directed the retail sales forecasting teams within Americas demand planning group across multiple retail markets (Grocery, Mass, Convenience,

Clubs). Responsible for sku level forecasting for the acquired Kraft businesses and core Wrigley brands within same retail sales teams utilizing SAP, BW and LOGILITY forecasting tools.

Served as team lead for initial transition of forecasting functions from Kraft to Wrigley. This included SAP setups and verification of 3 years of sales history and 18 months of future forecasts through LOGILITY modeling.

Executed Sales and Operating Plan process for the new acquired division coordinating Sales, Production Planning, Project Management, Finance and Senior Management groups.

Established new Seasonal Demand Forecasting process to drive increased communication between customers and Supply Chain functions. This increased Customer Service accuracy by 5%.

National Forecast Manager, East Hanover, New Jersey, Kraft Foods, Inc., Confections/Snacks Divisions (2004 – 2005)Led a confection forecasting group that planned 1,800 skus among such brands as Life Savers, Creme Savers, Altoids, Trolli, Marshmallows, Fruit Snacks, Milkbone, Gummi Savers and Handi-Snacks. Collaborated with Senior Management, Marketing, Finance and Sales on volume targets, current market trends, promotional activity and other factors that drove the business.

Managed a forecasting group that achieved 5% improvement in accuracy versus prior year. Personally managed and improved Milkbone and Handi Snacks brands forecast accuracy 8% versus prior year, including five item

launches.

Senior Manager Supply Chain East Hanover, New Jersey, Kraft Foods, Inc., Confections Division (2003 – 2004)Served as senior manager of Marshmallow production and deployment group. Monitored production and inventory levels to financial requirements as well as lead point of communication to upper management during fourth quarter business push. Also contributed to several large scale project management initiatives such as the Life Savers production transfer to Canada, Altoids Gum three stage capacity stepping model and repacker transfer, as well as forecast/planning analysis for Planters transition to plastic cans.

Coordinated the move of Life Savers cooking, mint processing, tableting and packaging equipment from Michigan to Canadian facility, keeping finished good inventory build below 45 days of supply and maintaining 98% service level.

Working with production facilities in Italy, Germany and Great Britain, optimized the Altoids Gum Work in Process transfer steps by reviewing capacity, transportation issues and available inventories. This reduced WIP inventory by $100,000 and improved overall efficiency at all 3 plants.

Kraft Foods General Managers Award, 2004

Supply Chain Manager, East Hanover, New Jersey, Kraft Foods, Inc., Confections Division (2002 – 2003)Managed the Creme Savers Supply Chain network for Kraft logistics group. This included production, transportation (international and US) and purchasing. Completed Nabisco/Kraft systems integration, shifting production, warehousing, and customer service functions to Kraft. Directed co-packer operation integration and training.

Reduced finished good inventories by $3,600,000 over one year. Working with International shipping carriers and 3rd party production facilities in Argentina, developed new Plant to Port to

Warehouse strategy involving locations in U.S. and Argentina.

Category Logistics Manager, Parsippany, New Jersey, Nabisco Foods, Confections Division (1998 – 2002) Managed Life Savers products produced by outside contract manufacturing facilities, including materials management, packaging materials purchasing up to $1,000,000, finished goods production scheduling, and logistics deployment of finished goods to Nabisco distribution centers and customers. Oversaw key product supply link to finance, sales, marketing and operations groups.

Executed implementation of single repacking facility for Life Savers division, combining three outside companies. Managed systems implementation project for multisourced Creme Savers product lines, tying facilities inside and outside company
