Etisalat - Nigeria (June 2008 till date)
Task includes the following activities;
Optimization of Ibadan and Ugheli region (GSM/GPRS).
o Check main KPIs on cell and area basis.
o Problematic cells investigation.
o Propose radio solutions for problematic area to enhance itsperformance.
o Propose another appropriate team intervention for problematic non-
access elements.o KPIs follow up after any implementation to check results and KPIs
trend.

Radio Tuning:
o Identification of cells/areas whose performances are below standardthresholds.
o Propose the most suitable solution for the detected problems,
(Antenna configuration and redesign, frequency modification, trafficcapacity upgrade etc...).
o Implementation the proposed solution on the network.
Dealing with subscribers complaints
o Drive test (TEMS/AGILENT) and KPI status check to confirm the
problem.
o Post-processing for the logs (TEMS/AGILENT) includes analysis tocheck for quality or coverage problems and propose radio solutions.

Task includes the following activities;
Network Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Daily Monitoring of Cluster and RNC Level Network KPIs, andgiving recommendations for Hard Optimization and ParameterModification for improvement of degraded cells to reach the KPITargets using NPO WCDMA for Networks Statistics monitoring.
Load Balancing and Congestion:
Monitoring Cell level Code, Power and CE Congestion and providingsolutions to relieve congestion and adjusted LDR Parameters for
load reshuffling and balancing load.
RRC, RAB, SHO, Interfreq and I-RAT HO Success Rates:
Daily monitoring of these major KPIs and providing solution forimprovement.
AMR, VP, PS (R99), HSPA+ (HSDPA & HSUPA) Drop Ratio:
Monitoring the Drop Ratio, anaysing and providing solutions for theimprovement of these KPIs.
