1979-1984: Studied at the Department of Medicine, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese

Medicine, China.

1984-1991: Resident of Clinical Internal Medicine, Chengdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,

Chief Resident. (During this period, he studied cardiovascular medicine in Chengdu Cardiovascular

Disease Center and Chengdu Third People's Hospital for nearly one year, and his paper won the third

prize of Sichuan Cardiovascular Symposium.)

Came to the United States in 1991,

1994: Obtained Acupuncturist License and practised Acupuncture & TCM Medicine in the Silicon Valley

area of California until now.

April 1996: Participated in the 3rd World Congress of Traditional Medicine in Las Vegas, USA. His paper

"About the "Bio-holographic Theory" of Chinese Medicine"" won the conference Best Papers"𡘾.

1997: Participated in the 4th World Congress of Traditional Medicine in Los Angeles USA.

2003: Began to attend the CAOMA Meeting and gradually participate in the promotion of California

Chinese Medicine legislation.

2004: Elected for the board of directors of UCPCM and the election was successful.

2004 to 2014: successively served as director of UCPCM, vice chair and chair of the Political

Department.

2006, formally selected by UCPCM to participate in the work of the Canadian Coumcil of Acupuncture

and Oriental Medicine Associations (CAOMA), and coordinated with leaders of other ethnic Chinese

Medicine Associations to jointly promote the California TCM acupuncture legislation.

September 2006: Attended the World Conference of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine

November 2007: Attended the World Conference of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies

Singapore.

November 2007: Successfully campaigned to serve as Secretary General CAOMA. And served until 2009.

2009-2011: Served as President of CAOMA, presided over California Traditional Chinese Medicine

legislation.

2011: Participated in lobbying federal congressmen with colleagues in the acupuncture industry, and

successfully included acupuncture treatment in Obama's National Health Insurance Act.

December 2011: Due to the political situation of Chinese medicine, the California Acupuncture Coalition

was successfully established. The alliance includes 80% Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine

Association, White Association, Korean Association, Japan Association, and many California University of

Traditional Chinese Medicine). Hosted CAC alliance meetings and work, cooperated with alliance

associations and school leaders, and succeeded from 2011 to 2013 Defeated the "Beats Act" proposed

by then California Senator Leland Yu and seriously damaged the education and qualifications of the

Chinese medicine and acupuncture field.

2015-2016: Vice Chair and Deputy Secretary-General of the Political Action Committee of the American

Association of Chinese Medicine (AACMA).

December 1st, 2015: Participate in the promotion of the Legislative Department of the American

Acupuncture Safety Alliance (AAPAS).

November 2017: Elected as Standing Director of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies

2017–present: Chair of the Political Action Committee of the California American Society of Chinese

Medicine (ASCM).

Due to some achievements made in California TCM legislation in the past many years, was hired as a

Guest Professor by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in October 2016.

2018 Spring to Now: Participate in the study of Five Branches University’s DAOM degree.
