ASM (Prepaid) JULY,2004 to Till Date_________________________________________________________________________________Responsibility:Working with Prepaid team in Delhi handling Sales & Distribution in part of North Delhi Territory,Training and Capacity Building of Distributors,DSEs and Retailers.

Plan and Supervise team to increase market share and to achieve Gross Acquisition,Handsets primary & secondary,Revenue to meet defined Prepaid business targets of assigned territory.

Constant Monitoring of Top up balances of the Retailers and ensure adequate value available to the market.

Monitor and drive acquisition of Prepaid customers to achieve business targets. Constantly drive handset Primary & secondary since our activations (CDMA)are

directly dependent on handset placement at the outlet. Review Channel engagement and channel management to ensure high

Driving Sales/Secondary of Handsets,Photon,Wifi Devices. Drive and meet M+2 targets for both Voice and Data(60% of Gross) Manage and drive Club 40 retailers(Top 40 retailers of the zone) for Activations

and handsets. Constantly drive and increase UAO(Unique Activating Outlet),DUAO and

transacting Outlets. Reinforcement of Beat Plan and disciplined sales servicing to all outlets. CAF Compliance has to be 100% within 24 hrs Identifying Distribution Gaps and opportunities and appoint Distributors as per

distribution benchmark defined. Motivating the Sales team through rewards and recognition,DSE engagement

programme. Responsible for primary billing of Handsets and Photon as per the AOP. Responsible for expansion and profitability of the business through distribution

channel(ROI).
