Advised and assisted senior military leaders on the development and implementation of Personnel Recovery (PR) policy, orders, procedures and capabilities. Conducted feasibility assessments and developed courses of action to support PR missions and plans. Employed all available intelligence assets and products, including those provided by interagency partners, to support the recovery of missing personnel. Responsible for the production of intelligence summaries, white papers, after action reviews, operations orders, fragmentary orders, concepts of operations, HUMINT Collection Requirements, Ad Hoc Collection Requirements, and Time Sensitive Collection Requirements. Worked with military units throughout Iraq conducting site reconnaissance missions, sensitive site exploitations in austere, high threat environments. Served as Personnel Recovery Mission officer/all-source analyst on POW/MIA cases for Iraq. Gathered, analyzed and coordinated intelligence and forensic examination products in support of recovery of MIAs. Planned, organized and supervised sensitive site exploitations (SSEs) closely with military intelligence, mortuary affairs and government agencies such as the FBI, U.S. Department of State Office of Hostage Affairs and foreign embassies to recover hostages and human remains of missing persons. Operated as an integral member of Forensic Operations and Exploitation Team (WIT-P) FOB Falcon, Baghdad analyzing and exploiting evidence from IED attacks, IED makers houses and weapons caches. Served as C-IED analyst with team of subject matter experts from Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Law Enforcement Counter-Terrorist experts, dog tracker teams, former SOF veterans. The FOX team exploited all evidence of IEDs, weapons, explosives and documentation to create counter-measures. Utilized biometric and forensic data to target IED makers and IED cells in Baghdad.

SOSi Ltd, 2006-2007: Military Analyst for the Iraqi Advisor Task Force, Fallujah, Baghdad and Balad, Iraq

Served as a Military Analyst reporting on Iraqi perceptions, culture and customs. This project supported the intelligence collection plan for I MEF, 1st Cavalry Division, 2nd Infantry Division, CJSOTF North and the 82nd Airborne Division. Worked closely with Iraqi-American advisors, local national advisors and Sheiks. This multi-functional team provided atmospheric information to support US military Information Operations, Civil Affairs projects, targeting, HUMINT and effects analysis cells.

Trained American and allied officers and enlisted men in detailed mission planning, leadership, unconventional (irregular) warfare, guerilla warfare operations, airborne operations, intelligence, small unit tactics, air support and long term operations with indigenous peoples of various cultures. Established and maintained a network of civilian role-players and landowners to establish a realistic scenario (Robin Sage) and versatile training environment in touch with current events in the Global War on Terrorism. Maintained a budget of $22,000.00 for scenario development and payroll.

US Army 2002-2004: Senior Special Forces Communications Sergeant B co, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Bragg, N.C.

Served as the senior company communications sergeant in a direct action company during operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Executed missions with Kurdish guerillas in Northern Iraq at Kirkuk, Debacca and Mosul. Responsible for over $1,000,000.00 of communications equipment and communications security.

US Army 2001-2002: Battalion Communications and Electronics NCOIC, HSC, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Bragg, N.C.

Planned, established and maintained battalion sized communications nets in Mali and Nigeria for Operation Focus Relief III. Successfully conducted thirteen JCET missions in Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East alongside indigenous personnel.
