JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

Working on VMC & HMC centres.

To control all dimensions as per set-up cum in process inspection sheet.

Handling quality assurance & improving the cycle time.

Working on Mazak HMC &VMC (mazatrol control) and BFW m/c (FANUC Control). KAIZEN, ISO and TPM co-ordinator for CNC machine shop area. Audit of all machines cycle time and reduction of cycles time by correction given in

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

Shift manning of the production of machining in CNC machine shop. Setup change according to plan and monitor all machine operations milling, drilling, tapping, reaming, facing, and boring in casting.

Proving precision components of gas engines, flow & process parts, oil & gas business parts on CNC machining centers

Calculation of OEE, Analysis of rejection and action for reduce rejection and rework.

Audit of all machines cycle time and reduction of cycles time by correction given in programme considering speed, feed parameters.

Regular audit through TPM of fixture straightness, flatness, co-planarity of fixture, boring bar run out, work piece co-ordinate etc.

Regular check-up of CMM reports and taking corrective action if required. Attending trials on different cutting tools monitors and improving the cycle time. Inventory control as per production plan also records keeping of daily production

and daily activities. Solve customer complaints and take corrective action on issues to avoid

reoccurrence. Co-ordination with quality, store, purchase and maintenance department for

solving problem related to production.
