Manage the procurement process with all related departments, Marketing, IT, Network, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain Department.

Organize and lead cross-divisional sourcing teams, including preparing advanced in sourcing (and outsourcing) strategies, detailed procurement plans, requests for proposals / information /quotes (RFX’s), performing detailed analysis of proposals and supplier capabilities. Ensure robust process in RFX's structuring, bid analysis and negotiation.

Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies; Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

Lead or direct formal supplier performance management programs with selected suppliers, including regular business reviews.

Perform cost and scenario analysis based on market price, spend analysis, requirement and benchmarking; Assess, manage and mitigate risks.

Develop and negotiate contracts and similar financial commitments with new suppliers and/or renegotiate existing arrangements to accomplish lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) and savings objectives.

Create and deploy key performance indicators, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing, supplier activities, efficiencies, and to work collaboratively with business unit/functional leaders to prioritize and drive implementation. .

Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholder. Maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring

that purchasing contracts and arrangements are carried out in strict accordance with Umniah Mobile Company and Batelco Group Governance, policies and procedures.

Carrying out the full process of procuring items for Marketing, IT, Network, Finance, Sales and Logistics;

Evaluating and monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contracted obligations as well as assisting in clarifying contract requirements and resolving any conflict.

Monitor compliance to contract revenue commitments; monitor performance across a variety of metrics to meet contractual requirements; Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: As Service Coordinator-Customer Technical Support:

Handling CRM tasks. This includes solving all required tickets on CRM that comes through the Back office or the Call Center.

Handling P.O.S Reports; as I analyze, manage and present these data statistically Improve the customer's experience and follow up with them and other company departments

regarding all sales and system pending issues in a professional and timely manner. Support the Sales team in all related operational activities. Follow up on the activation cycle from initiation to activation. Interact with customers by following up on their applications, and keep them updated with the

status of their cases.
