Please find attached a copy of my resume for your consideration in relation to the available position within your organisation. I am 28 years old and I have recently relocated to Brisbane from Cairns where I have been studying whilst caring for my young family until I gain employment here in the Brisbane region. I have executive support and payroll administrative experience such as my most recent roles; ‘Executive Support Officer to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Primary Health Care at Torres Cape Hospital & Health Service’ and ‘Payroll Officer and Customer Service Officer at Queensland Health’.
Over the previous years of working I have gained a diverse bank of skills and experience within both the private and public sectors. Through this experience it has enabled me to develop a broad but comprehensive understanding of business operations within the corporate industry. This experience has given me the opportunity to develop excellent written and oral communication skills in a variety of work environments.
I have proven my ability to adapt in different situations achieved through my previous positions; this has been demonstrated by my enthusiastic approach to team work, my ability to work autonomously and my understanding of the dynamics of change that is often needed to be at the cutting edge of business and customer service. My computer skills are advanced which include various software packages required for accurate Payroll processing and data entry i.e. Personal Payroll Enquiry System (PPES), SAP HR, Workbrain (payroll system), Workforce (Updated payroll system) and other support systems and intranet sites.
I am available for an immediate start; I am available to work full-time, part-time, casual, temporary and permanent or contract, on weekends and to do shift work if necessary. As a preference Full-time, Permanent is what I am looking for. In addition, I have an open C class unrestricted licence and intermittent access to a vehicle and full access to various public transport facilities.
I am physically fit and a very reliable worker who is passionate about being healthy and living a holistic lifestyle. My goal is to obtain fulltime permanent employment within a reputable company where I can provide a professional service by utilizing my extensive skills to my up-most potential and applying myself 100% everyday. Maintain effective time management practices for the Executive Members by prioritising appointments, correspondence and telephone calls
