ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities::
Direct the implementation of the AL – Industrial management system (AL-IMS) that at a minimum, meets the needs of the company and the requirements of AL Group Standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Provide general support of continuous improvement and QHSE management techniques and facilitates application of those techniques within the center.
Collect, review, select and introduce to the organization new tools and QHSE management methods which enhance performance.
Recommend trainings, tools, methods, for QHSE management applications. Provide input to special projects/teams to assure the QHSE viewpoint is
consistently applied. Interface with Group global QHSE, customers, standardization bodies, and
industry associations on QHSE matters. Align the QHSE management function with the performance needs of the
organization and business units Exposure to Hazard identification and Group Risk Assessment (HIRA), tool box
meeting, risk analysis, accident and incident analysis. job hazard analysis. Provide guidance on system design, measurement, monitoring, and
improvement. Suggest and assist in the application of balanced performance measures. Coordinating ISO audits and maintaining requisite documents in compliance
with the same. Designing, documenting, implementing & attaining continual improvement of Quality Management System (QMS).
Responsible for co-ordination of external audit of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001. Audit Planning, Conduct the Internal Audits, Audit results formalization and closer, Documents and Records control.
Ensure NDT (UT, MT, RT & PT) in order to verify the product conformity to product requirement and its application, ensuring the quality of the product.
Examine, witness and Qualifies WPS, PQR, Welder & Welding Operators (WPQ) qualification.
Preparation of NCR analysis, Audit reports, QRM report and Weekly meeting reports.
Review welding procedures and application of welding equipment of Suppliers, resolve problems involving fabrication of metals.
Maintaining close interaction with inter plant persons for the resolution of quality problems and facilitating improvement
Coordination with all departments related to Quality system implementation & Assisting MR and safety leader on system establishment.
