Reviewing lawsuits, directing adjusters to settle if possible, and preparing file for litigation if cannot be settled. Ensuring files with lawsuits are sent to litigation for a timely response to the complaint per state guidelines. I put together and conducted a customer service training session to go over new department guidelines. This included to ensure the customer service department understood proper things to say when speaking to bodily injury customers, and best ways to direct calls in order to facilitate good communication with our customers and route calls appropriately.
