Role:

As Lab Manager: Mentoring a team of Scientists & Engineers working in the area of new product development (masterbatch and additive preblend)

Imparting technical support to upstream (petrochemical) and downstream (plastic converters) customers with comprehensive

technology, innovation and regulatory expertise, financial planning, resource, project and people management

As Senior Research Engineer:

Managed process development (twin screw design, optimization of process parameter and characterization) and scale-ups

for high performance plastic additive blend business of Ingenia for petrochemical polymer producers Liaised with global technical and business teams to develop new masterbatch products for Ingenia product portfolio, attending

nanocomposite and blends. Investigate the melt rheology, extensional rheology and their relationship with blown film processability of PLA nanocomposites and blends.
