-Began as Administrative Assistant than quickly was promoted to Assistant Project Manager and then acquired Coordinator responsibilities.
-In addition, I became the company’s FieldLens Coordinator. Mastered in both field and office functions.
-Assistant Project Manager Job Duties Included: Assisting the Project Manager in Coordinating Foreman for Jobsites, ticket pricing, ordering material. Also would go to Job sites regularly to communicate with Foreman and the GC Project Manager and team. Print drawings and organize the latest set including Addendums, bulletins etc. Communicate submittals to the GC and send them out for approval.
-Project Coordinator Duties Included: Setting up job’s getting information about the jobs to the Project Team’s which included Project Mangers, Supervisors and Foreman, in addition to creating the job on FieldLens which is a construction communication application which has numerous capabilities including Daily Reports, Drawings and keeping and up to date progress of the job. Also a field tech to assist Foreman with the program.
Also assisted the Company’s Network Administrator in setting up Field Sites at large scale job sites.

-Began as a delivery expert than quickly rose to become an assistant manager in 2011.
-Job duties included; maintained quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, trained store staff as well as coordinated them to accomplish daily tasks, maintained inventory by checking merchandise and anticipating customer demand.
