Responsibilities:- Concept Designing (with Mechanism) of Ignition lock (4 things operated from 1 lock for TVS Group. : Doing modelling, assembling & drafting. Prototyping Child Parts assembling & verify the functioning.

HERO

Description: EBR (AASA) Project Responsibilities: Doing modeling, assembling & drafting work on EBR project, which is come from HERO group, after collaboration of Hero and EBR, In which we have to make concept, design, core designing, validation and testing of ignition Lock, FFC (Fuel filler cap with zero leakage), Seat and Helmet Lock..

Developed (Right & left Hand handle bar switches with led for Hero Group).

Helmet and Seat lock in Plastic:

Design, Drafting and Assembly of Helmet and Seat lock in Plastic.

Doing Prototype assembly and Verification of Prototypes samples.

Jigs and Fixtures: Design and Drafting of jigs and fixtures for Mirrors of NGC and NGIC (Ashok Leyland)

Zero Leakage FFC: In zero leakage FFC, design the concept and making Prototypes of child parts and assembly of Prototypes samples. After assembling doing validation and testing of samples. In which we

have to make FFC leak proof and when pressure increased above from .5 bars in fuel tank, the internal pressure release through a Safety valve.

TATA

Description: - Tata Magic and Tata Ace Project. Responsibilities: Doing modeling, assembling & drafting work on TATA (Magic & Ace) project, which is come from TATA group. In which we have to make concept, design, core designing. We will validation and testing of FFC (Fuel filler cap with zero leakage). I am worked as core Designer in the project.

CNC Operator in Sona Somic Lemforder Components ltd for 6 months (oct.,2011 to march,2012).
