Duties and Responsibilities:-Coordinate with the construction and mechanical completion, safety and other concerned departments for QA/QC inspection activities.Responsible for punch list clearing to ensure that the installation of instruments are complete and accepted by the clientResponsible for the preparation of all inspection report prior for the acceptance of the client.Daily monitoring the testing and quality inspection activity. Monitoring the performance of work to ensure that the contractor assigns the appropriate resources to execute the work to required quality, standard and within the agreed scheduleManage documentation transfer for approval between contractor and company. Reviewing and approve E&I engineering design drawing and pre-commissioning documents, loop folder.Preparation and implementation of project quality plan (PQP), QCP and ITP in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 series. Prepare or review and approve all quality related procedure and process management of QA/QC department and personal.Control of non-conformance and liaise with the clients and sub-contractor on all QA/QC related issues.Receiving MRI from Material Manager and inspection of all loose electrical and instrumentation and along with relevant accessories material according to purchase order, NMR and client relevant specification and requirements,Prior to start devices assembling, inspection of all internal/external electrical, electronic devices with appropriate rating, volt, amp and other necessary description as per the project specification.Raising NCMR against loses electrical & mechanical materials, panel enclosure and assembled panel which are not complying with project specification.Performed surveillance of contractor’s activities and ensure that all Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom installation were carried-out in accordance to the approved for construction drawings and specifications, procedures, instructions and in compliance to the project specification and related International Standard.Conduct preliminary inspection, make punch list and submit to construction for rectification.Update the daily inspection reports and dispatch the punch list to the construction engineer to rectify.Prepare and review of ITP,s and QCP,s as per project specifications. And inspection as per National and International Standards likes IEEC, NEC, NEMA, NFPA.

CLIENT : MAERSK OIL QATAR (MOQ) : Instrument Supervisor

PROJECT :- AL SHAHEEN DEVLOPMENT PROJECT 2005 GA WELLHEAD MODULE , ED, GD & GB PLATFORMSSCOPE :- Scope: EPC project consists of the design, procurement, construction, and the commissioning of ED Process platform, GD Wellhead/Process platform, GA Wellhead/Separation platform, and GB Flare platform with associated interconnecting bridges to the existing facilitiesThe project involved Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start up assistance for two nos. oil processing platforms, one well head platform & one flare platform along with interconnecting bridges. This project also involved integration of the new facilities with existing oil production facilities. Process platforms have facilities for separation of well fluids, crude oil pumping, produced water treatment, gas compression & dehydration. Typical Gas compression/dehydration train capacity is 120 MMSCFD & crude oil handling

capacity of 70 MBOPD. Utility systems on the platforms include Instrument/Service Air, Nitrogen generation, Sea Water, Closed Circuit Cooling Water & Fire Water.

CLIENT : OIL NATRUAL GAS CORPROTION LTD (INDIA) : Instrument SupervisorPROJECT :- Various location in ONGC Offshore platforms like BCPB, BCPB2, RS12, B22, 13A, 149, Hera panna field and Bombay high.

Duties and Responsibilities:-Responsible for projects supervisor installation of Junction box, cable tray, conduit work and instrument stanchion, instrument transmitters. Secondary cable pulling, glanding wiring,. termination is in accordance with wiring, details drawing, cable and wires identification togged, identification as per project specification and air line, impulse line, tubing compliance with the hook-up, ILD / P&ID drawing, air line, impulse line, tubing testing, as per project required with stranded’s. All types of instrument work the check and review complete plant to right installation of electrical and instrument work. State design pack, specified documents, procedure and company QA/QC Re requirement at minimum cost. Documentation review, inspection of Materials, Field Instruments, JB, Marshalling and system cabinet installation. Inspection of all trays and Conduit works, Impulse tubing, Instrument Air line Installation, wiring Termination, on the bases of Witness and monitoring of different types of Instrument and Valve Calibration, leak test for Process Impulse tubes and Instrument Air lines. Meggering and continuity test, loop-check, and Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities etc. based on Yokogawa DCS, ESD, SCADA and foundation field bus system and Siemens PLC, responsible for the Preparation and clearance of ongoing Punch listing prior to MCC completion.

IMECO in various projects from 04.aug.2007 to 27.nov.2008 as INTRUMENT INSPECTOR

Duties and Responsibilities:-I involved inspection for instrument junction boxes, cable tray, control panel, lighting, LV and MV and fiber optic cable, 480 volt transformer MCC,UPS and switchgear panel with the Crew of Technicians in Lab calibration of Microprocessor based Electronic Transmitters (FT, PT, TT, LT), calibration of different type of Switches and Control Valves and stroke checking. Responsible for the Preparation of Instrument Calibration reports and signed of by Client representatives. QA/QC Inspector and assigned at this Project as a QA/QC Inspector Covering proper documentation to ensuring correct and proper installation of all the Instruments, Junction Boxes, Marshalling Panels DCS and PLC Control Panels, DCS Consoles and also performed inspection and Monitoring of Field Instruments Calibration and Loop checking activities. . Calibration of electronics pneumatic, transmitter like I/P indicator, level troll & control valve interface level troll and different types of gauge and switches, testing of ESD valves SOV, control valve, to check all installed instrument in their current installation and at location / calibration in accordance with the drawing and projects specification.
