Safety: To implement all the guidelines on safety from corporate EHS / Factories Act to comply rules

and regulations Training and Qualification of SFC’s & Technician for Safety systems. Auditor & shift in charge of Safety team for CDM Recipe lines to ensure the Safety Standards

on shop floor. Take Part in monthly Safety committee meeting and doing Planned work Inspection. Review the safety system like BOS, QRP, Safety Map, LOTO Maps at SGA’s.

Reduce the Foreign matter and other complaints by ensuring the rigorous preventive maintenance of All process equipments.

Cost: Daily tracking, Production, Yields, Lost time. Weekly & Periodic tracking of MUV so that to control over (MCC) Manufacturing Controlled

Cost. Monitor plant downtime and work to reduce the same by focus on manpower availability,

spares availability, preventive maintenance, etc. Reduced the floor sweeping & laminate wastage by making the loss matrix/Preventive

maintenance of A/W’s. Monitor all status of statutory compliance and ensure adherence.

Delivery: In-charge of CDM Recipe production line of 55 MT/Day capacities with a team of 80 TM’s. Overall responsibilities of independently handling the outsourced plant operations To plan production based on market requirement, coordinate to ensure availability & specified

utilization of required raw material and packing material at all times in the plant. Coordinate material movement and shipment plan.

Regular review of plant performance, make action plans for continuous improvement of product quality, productivity, food safety, operating cost and coordinate with third party for implementation of these action plans.

Conducting Daily morning meeting with operators, technicians Initiate & implement efficiency measure under TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Daily calculation of GE (Global Efficiency). Capacity Enhancement & GE improvement. To coordinate with weekly production plans conversion in daily production plan.

Moral: Execute the HPWS culture at line. Coach and mentor the members of team to increase productivity and efficiency by facilitating SGA

/ MBT concept. Train the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures. Review and feedback to direct reports of their performance against their principal accountabilities
