Contributed in the design, framework and lesson plans for our weekly Men’s Discipleship that directly impacted 10-20 young men between the ages of 18 and 35 to increase them in Godly knowledge and Christian Principles.

Columbus City Schools 10/2009-06/2010 Substitute Teacher; 6-8 grade Integrated Social-Studies

Trained and Certified with Columbus City Schools to educate Columbus city youth; labored closely with staff and faculty to effect and engage youth both inside and outside of the classroom fostering long-lasting relationships.

Had to successfully prepare students for the ancient Greece section of the civilization unit. Created a projected that required them to find teams of 4 to dramatize a piece of the Iliad with accurate character representation. 22 of 30 improved their pre-test scores by 10-15 points.

Regularly worked with 150+ students of ethnically diverse backgrounds, to effectively articulate and teach course-work material while adhering to stringent policies and protocol procedures such attendance and detailed note keeping, class conduct and etiquette.

Fifth Third Bank 02/2008-10/2009 Customer Service Representative

Received 4.3 of 5-star rating on annual review, exceeding expectations, promoted from CSR I to CSR II, and trainer effective June 01, 2009. Promoted to vault teller, thereby managing banking center’s entire cash flow from, buying and selling cash to ATM replenishing, I successfully managed and cleared $275,000.00 daily.

Learned and incorporated bank center customer flow, by effectively managing lobby traffic and waiting on disabled persons unable to stand for long periods of time. Increasing our bank center customer satisfaction rating from 2.8 to 4.58 of a 5-point excellence scale.

Acted as an empathetic liaison between customer base and platform management team to ensure reliable and speedy customer service, satisfaction and problem resolution by following through with customer questions/concerns and initiating call backs. Recommended by numerous customers for promotion to Customer Service Manager (CSM).

Mastered the art of goal setting/meeting and bookkeeping required for an accounts manager by working diligently to defuse and resolve escalating calls and customer dissatisfactions to efficiently meet requisitions quota, receiving $300.00 of bonus dollars for exceeding quotas for the months of November and December.

Intervarsity Christian Fellowship 06/2007-06/2010 Volunteer Staff

Trained to effectively teach across cultures, creating and facilitating bible study, sermons, and leadership materials for diverse people groups of various ethnic backgrounds to help people engage the bible. The chapter grew from an average of 5 students per week to 45 per week topping out at 60 capitalizing our recruitment efforts.

Sharpened skills in training and conflict resolution to effectively manage a burgeoning bible study, to train other students for leadership by taking attendance and have additional team meetings weekly. Successfully built a team of 5 student leaders to manage, lead, and teach the blossoming chapter.

Polaris/President Acted as liaison and spokesperson for Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc., beta mu chapter, in all official

capacities to foster positive relationships with students, faculty and administration alike, to solicited funds for programming and spearheaded the reemergence of the IBM (iota builds minds program) that focused on mentoring incoming minority freshmen that received over $3000.00 of grants.

Voted most improved GPA, most collaborative, best program of the year, and best overall GPA of NPHC, of 2006-2007 fiscal year; voted Outstanding New Member for 2004-2005 academic year.
