Upon thesesocialandpoliticalplatforms,theparasiticRomanOligarchshavedeclaredthemselvesasGOD!With relentless fervor, theRomans / Europeanshaveperpetrated their foul conquest intentionsagainsttheearthandagainstthehumanfamily. Inourquestforresolutionsandremedies,wemustkeep in mind our cultural knowledge of ‘The Higher Self’ and of ‘The Lower Self’. The unfortunate reality still remains that we are,nevertheless forced by the existing conditions to deal with the compound problems caused byEuropeanoccupationofourpeoples and Lands.After all, theyare still occupying the ‘NorthGate’.Anddespitewhateverideasoropinionsheldbyanypartyinvolved,theConsularCourtplatformandvenuesareofnodoubtneeded.AllexistingjudicialplatformsandcourtvenuesthathavebeenheldasappearinglegitimatecourtsonNorthAmerican soils, havebeenoperatingundera ‘Color–of – Law’andundera ‘Color–of –Authority’.Theseareknownmisprision facts;particularlysincethe ‘coupd’etatof1861,whichwasfeignedby reconstructionhistoriansas,“TheCongress for theunitedStatesofAmericaadjournedSineDie.”Thesesamehistoriansandscholarshavealwaysknown,anddoknowthattheexistingandDemo-imposedjudicialsystematNorthAmericaisbasedinfraudandwithitsmembershipoperatinginadeceptive stateof impersonation. Furthermore,all historians, scholars, and ‘General EducationBoard’ teachers,administratorsandprofessorshavealwaysknown that themisrepresented judicialsystemthatoperatesontheLandatNorthAmericaisunconstitutional;isaforeign,for-profitplatformof and for private EuropeanBarrister venues, et cetera.All suchpseudo-courtswere then, and arenow,defacto;again,ergoaneedforConsularCourtRestoration.Contemporarily,(1956)animportantandcompoundpoliticalactiontookplace,initiatedfromtheNorthGate.Layeredwithinthosepoliticalactions,discussionsanddisputeswastherelinquishmentofConsular Court at the Northwest. Within the grammatical construct of the word, Jurisconsult, one can see the word, ‘Consul’(Jurisconsult).ThatforesaidallegianceofaJuror/Consulreferstotheactsofonetakingondevotiontoethicalmaxims,toestablishedprinciples,tohonorablecauses,toloyalty,andtothefidelityowedto one’s kindred, nation and government, et cetera. Given to reason, a Juror is a member of acollective,chosenbodyreferredtoasaJury.AJuryisanagreedbodyofnaturalpeoplewhoare,bylegal,qualifiedprocess,selectedtoexamineandtoinquireintoanymatteroffact;andtogiveortopresenttheirjustdeterminationsorverdictsaccordingtothemanifestedevidence.Logically,onewhoisdealingwith,orassignedtoaddressortoinvestigatesuchevidence,byright,shouldandmustbeethicalinherorhisrationaleandjudgments.Ethicsisthedisciplinethatdealswithwhatisgoodandbad, andwithmoraldutiesandobligations.Andso, in this instance,weareconsciouslyworking todisciplineourselvestotakeserious,theindividuals,thegroups,andthenationalobligations,whichwehold(byunbiasedmeasure)asprimaltoMoorishCulture.Andsowearetakingontheresponsibilitiesofpracticingand restoring (whereabsent) thosemoralandethicalprinciplesofLove,Truth,Peace,Freedom,andJustice.

With ’Nature’s Law’ attending to balance, and with Justice guiding our rationale and ourjudgments, we consider the Roman’s / Europeans’ ‘Unam Sanctam’ and ‘Doctrine of Discovery’policies. The self-assigned, yet false Roman ‘claims of authority’ were and are founded in theft,despotism and deception, and have fouled the peace on Earth. Their feudal methods and anti-humaneformsofadministratinggovernmenthavedisruptedthelivesofmanymembersofthehumanfamily. The current social, economic and political toxins infecting society are indicative of thecollective enforcement of their many Roman Bullas. These alien edicts particularly infects andnegatively affects the peace and the harmony among the natural peoples of the Land;- theAsiaticNation. The noted ‘Discovery’ din, concocted with the accompanying lechery, as imposed uponhumanity by the dark-spirited ‘Council of Priests’ was born of the Romans’ unjust Hegemonypractices.

Anhonestnotationof(atleasttwo)majorandinjuriousconstructsarepresentedforyourcriticalanalysis. One of these constructs has been the obvious and blindly - adopted passivity and tacitacquiescence tendencies evident among many of our misguided Moorish Americans (Aboriginals).AnotherinjuriousconstructhasbeenanotablelackofknowledgeamongourpeopleaboutourownancientMoabite / Canaanite /Moorish history. This state of affairs especially cripples our peoplewhen suchprimal histories arenotproperly conjoinedwith jurisprudence, andwith thedefinitivelyassociatedtraditionsandcustomsviewedandconfirmedwithintheacceptedequations.Thatlooselydescribedandforesaiddinandmisprision(bornofRomanconquestoperations)hasbecomeasocialand political norm, corrupting every aspect of life at North America. A lack of knowledge of, or adenialof, thesehistorical,philosophical,andpolitical factsdoesnot relieveone fromtheeffectsoftheirrealitiesandexistence.Therefore,passivityamongthenaturalpeoples,inrelationshiptothesematters,constitutesminortoextremesocial,political,andeconomicdebilities.

Peripheral to these knownhistorical andpolitical corrupts (consignedbyEuropean colonists) areother likened, identifiable and putrid prima facie constructs. Their fouling nature is unfortunatelyexacerbatedduetoneglect–orientedinactionsandpassivityevidentamongtoomanyofthenaturalpeople (the Moors’). Mix these social-political toxins with an absence of knowledge among ournaturalpeople,andtheresultisdead-culture.Thisisdisquietinglyevident,duetoalackofknowledgeabout their / our archaicMoabite /Moorish Traditions andCustoms. We shall particularly make note of some particular andassociatedevents,acts,andchronologies,post–1492todate:1992+.WeMoorsmustallrememberthe destructive warring acts of the Roman ‘Council of Priests’ and their issuance of, andinstitutionalization of, Pope Boniface’s ‘Romanus Pontifex’. The Romans’ Unam Sanctam, self –anointed God–Claims and their arrogant, self-righteous propagation practices are found to beblatantly fraudulent.Nevertheless,manyotherRomanBullas and Edictswere,havebeen,andare,presently, imposed upon Moors. United States Corporation Company (U.S.) Relinquishes Jurisdiction in Morocco

On day one (1) of August nineteen and fifty – six (1956) the occupying EuropeanUnited StatesCorporationPresidentandtheBoardofDirectorsofthatUnitedStatesCorporationCompany,callingthemselves ‘Congress’of their privateU. S. Corporation, Relinquished Jurisdiction inMorocco. Thisabandonmentofjurisdictionwaseffectedviatheprivate(andfeignedaspublic)administrationoftheprivateU.S.Corporation,andwiththesaidrelinquishmenthavingbeenrecordedasbeingrepealedvia§§141 to§§143, in reference toConsularCourt inMorocco. The same isnoted inChapter807,Statute 744. One must, therefore, remember and know the heretofore suppressed fact thatNorthwest Amexem is the heartland of the Moroccan Empire, and that Northwest Amexem /NorthwestAfricaisNorthAmerica,-‘TheNorthGate’.

Relinquishment of Consular Court - 1956

The German – Dutch European,Dwight D.
