    Moorish Theoretical Science

    Websters Unabridged Dictionary

Moorish - Of the Moors, their culture, in the style of theMoors.

Science - The Systematized knowledge derived from obser-vation, study and experimentation.

What do we mean by; "Moorish Science". First let us define eachword. According to these definitions (Left), Moorish Science isthe collected and systematized knowledge and facts of life andnature, based on the observations, studies and experiments ofthe Moorish civilization (past and present). The reason I say"past and present" is because the present civilization we live inis the Moorish civilization, only presently under the custodian-ship of the European masons. It is our job as Moorish scientiststo go back and rebuild the collected and systematized knowledgeof the Moors, adding new insights and eliminating the false no-tions, and philosophies that have crept in over the last 500

    years.

Moorish Science is based on four broad areas, which can be sym-bolized by the four elements of man nature. These four (4) ele-ments are; earth, air, water, and fire.

Fire: Spiritual Science - The spirit is that which motivates manand nature to do all that which they do. The spirit exists and mo-tivates man and nature to action from an incorporeal realm be-

yond the realm of the so-called physical world of space and time. The spirit is the basis of everything in the physical world. It isthe cause of causes. It is the hand that fits perfectly into theglove of nature. Thus the study of the spirit is the study of thebasis of man, God, life and motion. It corresponds to fire because

fire can build or destroy life, it is the great catalyst and trans-former of creation.

Earth: Natural Sciences - The systematized study of nature andthe physical world. This includes; zoology, botany, chemistry, physics, chaos, geology, ecology, etc.. Natural science corre-sponds to the element of earth because this science deals with

    4

the physical world, its properties and interrelationships.Air: Mathematics - The group of sciences, including; Arithmetic,Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, etc., deals with quantities, magni-tudes, forms, and their interrelationships, attributes, etc.,

through the use of Arabic numerals and symbols. The science ofmathematics corresponds to the element of air because it dealswith the mind, intellect and abstract thought of a highly refinedand rarified quality.

Water: Social Sciences - The study of people and how people livetogether as families, tribes, communities, nations, etc.. Essen-tially the science of man in society. This includes the sciences

now known as; sociology, anthropology, psychology, political sci-ence, economics, etc.. The social sciences corresponds to the ele-ment of water. Man and his interrelationships within societyshould flow smoothly like water. In the same way water alwaysseeks its own level, and tends to fill every niche, so people seekthe social interaction of other people and tends to fill every so-cial-economic niche in society.

Thus by the study of these four areas of Moorish Science, and theintegration of this ongoing study in one's life, one will addressthe four elemental needs of man symbolized by the four essentialelements of earth, air, water and fire.

Many disciplines andways of life todayonly address one or

the other of the fourelements, but veryfew if any address allfour, in and of them-selves, and must becombined with otherdisciplines in order tobe complete. Moorish

Science seeks to be acomplete way of lifeaddressing all fourelements of man, andlife in this universe.

    As mentioned in the

previous issue, our Moorish ancestors considered man to be anexact replica or model of God and the universe, only on a smallerscale. Man was considered to be the microcosm (small scalecopy) of the macrocosm (God, the universe). This is recorded in

religion as man being made in the "image and likeness" of God.Since the greater or macrocosm usually affects the lesser or mi-crocosm to a greater degree, we look to the greater to see whatis in store for the lessor. This is important part of Moorish cos-mology, or the Moorish paradigm.

Cosmology is a combination of cosmos; meaning world or uni-verse, and logy, meaning logic or science. Webster's unabridged

dictionary defines cosmos and cosmology as:

Cosmos - a combining form meaning world, universe.Cosmology - theory or philosophy of the nature and principles ofthe universe.

    Moorish Sci-ence or Moor-

ish cosmologyis based onthe zodiacwheel, whichis its key. Itis the greatestinvention andgift given by

the Moors tothe humanfamily of theplanet earth. The 360 cir-cle of the zo-diac wheel isthe universal

stage onwhich the whole drama of man, God and the universe is playedout. It is ingenious in it's simplicity and incredible in the farreach of it's applications. I refer to this science as Moorish cos-mology, Moorish Science, or the science of the zodiac, as opposedto astrology due to the commercialization and negative connota-tions that have become attached to the word "astrology". In real-

ity astrologymeans astro-logic, the sci-ence (logy) of

    the stars orh e a v e n s(astro).The basis ofthe who leJudeo, Chris-tian, Islamictradition, is the

zodiac. Becausethe priesthoodin all three re-ligions hid thisfact from the

masses, the masses are ignorant of this relationship and willfight this truth tooth and nail (unfortunately to their own detri-ment). The priesthood in all three religions forbade the science of

the zodiac, and still do because it is such a threat to their power. One who understands the science of the zodiac will possess themaster key to understanding and unlocking the mysteries of life, and will be well qualified to navigate the course of their own lifewithout the need of the priesthood or religious dogma.

Let us look at this giftof the ancient Moors to

the human family of theplanet earth. The zodiacwheel is a 360 circledivided into twelveequal parts of 30 each(360 12 = 30). Thequestion then mayarise; why divide the

circle into 12 equalparts and not someother number? Hereinlies the beauty and thebasis of the zodiacwheel. Since ancienttimes, the circle has

    7

always been used to symbolize the all, the supreme oneness, theundifferentiated universe, also called the circle of life. The wordzo or zoo in the word zodiac means animal or life forms. Thusour Moorish ancestors realized that to understand the circle is to

understand life. In order to analyze the circle of life, you mustbreak it down and understand all it's parts and their interrela-tionship.

The first and most sim-ple breakdown of theuniverse and life (thecircle) is into two equal

but opposite parts;male and female, posi-tive and negative, yinand yang, etc. Thenumber two (2) is thenumber of duality andpolarity. In religion thiswas devolved into God

and the devil, good andevil portrayed as con-flicting instead of com-plementing one an-other. In the science of

the zodiac these 2 parts of the whole or circle is referred to aspositive and negative polarity or masculine and feminine gender.

The next logical step would beto divide the circle into three(3) equal parts. This is the threephases of life and existence; abeginning, a middle, and end-ing. In religion this is called thetriune God or three gods in one.In Hindu, this is god the creator

(Brahma), sustainer(Vishnu)and destroyer(Shiva). In Christi-anity this is called God the fa-ther, the son and the holyghost. In the science of the zo-diac these three phases arecalled; cardinal, fixed and mutable.

    8

The next and last step necessaryto fully understand the circlewould be to divide the circle intofour equal parts. In the science ofthe zodiac, these four equal partscorrespond to the four essentialelements that compose the uni-verse; earth, air, water and fire. Thus by geometrically dividing acircle by 2, then 3, and then by4, you have the minimum that isnecessary to breakdown and un-derstand every possible angle

and measurement of the circle. When you divide by two you getpolarity or gender. When you divide by three, you get the threephases of life. And if you divide a circle by four, you get the fouressential elements of life and the universe.

Mathematically, there are only twelve (12) possible combinationof; polarity, phase and element, this is the reason why the zodiacwheel is broken down into 12 equal parts. By doing such youcover all the possible combinations forming the basis of life. Be-low is a chart showing the twelve combinations of life ( polarity, phase and element ) and the logic of the twelve signs of the zo-

diac:In this chart you have the sign, and next to it you have the sym-bol for that sign. Then you have the polarity, phase, element. This comprises the zodiac wheel. This is the greatest gift of the

ancient Moors (Chaldeans) to humanity. Try to memorize everyaspect of this chart. Since it is based on logic (astro-logic), this

should be easy.Notice in the previous chart and the picture above, the polarityalternates from positive to negative in succession all the way tothe end. Positive, negative, positive, negative, and so on. There

are six positive, or masculine signs and six negative or femininesigns. Positive or masculine polarity or gender, is energy or mat-ter spiraling outward, or an out-rushing vortex (like a sun).Negative or feminine polarity or gender is energy or matter spi-raling inward, or an inward rushing vortex (like a black hole). There are deeper aspects of this which we will explore in laterissues. Also notice that the phases go; cardinal, fixed, mutable,

then again; cardinal, fixed, mutable, cardinal fixed, mutable andso on. The cardinal signs signal the beginning of the seasons, thus; Aries corresponds to spring, Cancer - summer, Libra - au-tumn or fall, and Capricorn - winter. Cardinal means beginning,

in this case, the beginning of the seasons. The fixed signs corre-

spond to when the season are locked or fixed in.

The fixed signs of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius are the fourbeasts of the Bible who were said to have the likeness of a man(Aquarius), a bull (Taurus), a lion (Leo), and an eagle ( Scorpio, the scorpion which was also symbolized by a serpent as well asan).

Last but not least you have the four elements (see chart above).

Notice that they go: fire, earth, air, then water, fire, earth, air, then water, fire, earth, air, then water.

Thus it can be seen that the 12 signs or divisions of the zodiacwheel are based on the 12 combinations of the life principles andis based on science and mathematics (facts) and not superstition,or emotional religious mystery. 360, 30, polarity, the 3 phase of

life, the 4 elements, are facts, realities, and not mere belief oropinion ( the basis of religious mystery). Thus the wise Moorsnavigated the course of their lives and the seven seas based onfacts, science and reality as opposed to religious mystery, belief,

and superstition. I can prove to you that everything in the uni-verse has polarity or that 360 12 = 30 beyond a shadow of adoubt, but you cannot prove to me beyond a shadow of a doubtthat Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible. Thus theMoors in this day and time must once again navigate our livesand our nation utilizing natural science, mathematics, social sci-

ence and spirituality, as opposed to, religious mystery, supersti-tion and ignorance.

The zodiac wheel is the foundation or master key of civilizationand can be applied to every sphere of human activity, includinggovernment. Here you see it applied to the human body going

from Aries, which rules the head, to Pisces which rules the feet.

So let us reacquire the discarded stone of our ancestors, the zo-diac wheel and let us once again make it the head of the corner-

stone of the new world order. The zodiac wheel knows no hatredor prejudice, for it spins equally above the head of everyone re-gardless of race, color, creed, gender, or. Let us use these mathe-matical and scientific tools to solve our problems, minus religiousor political wars. 360, and 30 is 360 and 30, whether you areChristian or Muslim, Jew, Asiatic, European, socialist, capitalist,etc..

In later issues of the Journal of the Moorish Paradigm, we willlook at the deeper into the zodiac and how it can be applied tovarious aspects of life, such as government. Now we will look atdifferent ways in which the Moorish Science of the zodiac can beand has been applied in the past as well as the present.

    Moorish Civilization or Applied Science

The sign of Aries for instance, is said to be very out-going, pio-neering, and enthusiastic, sometimes head-strong, and foolhardy. This is not because these energies are emanating from the con-

stellation called aries. These qualities of Aries comes from thefact that it's polarity is positive giving it an outgoing, extro-verted disposition; it's phase is cardinal from whence derives thequalities of pioneering and leadership; and it's element is firewhich gives Aries it's enthusiastic, and energetic qualities. Theconstellation or group of stars called Aries were just a marker, that happened tomark the timewhen the sun wasmanifesting thesequalities, whenthe zodiac as weknow it took it'spresent form. An-other words, at thetime when the zo-diac took it's pre-sent form, the ver-nal equinox waswhen the sun wasin front of the con-stellation calledaries. Equinoxmeans that therewas an equal num-ber of daylight and night hours.

Many of you may of have heard the saying that this is the "age ofAquarius", but few really understand what this means. Let uslook into what is meant by these various ages, such as the ageof Aquarius.

The vernal equinox does not always stay the same. Because ofthe 23 1/2 degree tilt of the earth's axis, the vernal equinoxslides back 1 sign every 2,160 years. This 2,160 year period is

what is known as an age. The 2,160 year period when the vernalequinox was in the sign of Aries, that age was called the age ofAries.

    It says in the Holy Koran of the Moorish Science Temple ofAmerica, page 6;

"We measure time by cycle ages, and the gate to every age we

deem a milestone in the journey of the race. An age had passed;the gate unto another flies open at the age touch of time. This isthe preparation age of soul, the kingdom of Immanuel, of God /Allah in man."

1886, the year Noble Drew Ali was born, was right on the cusp(boundary lines between the 12 signs) marking the transitionfrom the age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius.

The age of Aquarius began approximately 1886. The 2,160year period before that, beginning in 273 BC. was the age ofPisces. 2,160 years before that, the age of Aries began, whosetime was between 2433 BC. and 273 BC. The age of Tauruswas between 4593 BC. and 2433 BC. Since the present zodiacand month scheme has the vernal equinox in the sign of Aries,we can say that the present zodiac must of have originatedsometimes between 2433 BC and BC, when the vernal equinox

took place while the sun was in the constellation of Aries. Dur-ing the age of Aries, the cataclysms of 1500 BC took place. Itwas most likely after these cataclysms that the modern zodiacwheel took shape, and is most likely a readjustment of an evenolder zodiac (readjusted due to the cataclysms of 1500 BC).

The transition from the age of Aries the ram to Taurus the bullis symbolized in the Bible where Moses says that he represented

"I am that I am". "I am" is the key words of the sign of Aries (seeprevious page). Also, the golden calf that Moses was upset aboutsymbolized the age of Taurus (the Apis bull of Egypt) whichthey were symbolically leaving behind in the Exodus. The sacredsymbol of the Kings in the ancient empires was the bull. This isthe period (the age of Taurus) when kingship and the rule ofmen first became global (patriarchal age). The transition from

Aries the ram to Pisces the fish is symbolized by Jesus and themiracle involving the fish and loaves of bread. Fish symbolize theage of Pisces the fish, and the bread is taken from the sign ofVirgo, which is the opposite sign of Pisces. The sign of Virgo is

symbolized by a virgin holding wheat in her hand, hence theloaves of bread. The Virgin Mary also symbolized Virgo the vir-gin. By the way,, if a child is conceived on December 25, it willbe born nine months later in the sign of the virgin or Virgo, hence the so-called virgin birth.

Revelations. Jesus' life in fact is no more than the solar cycle; thecrucifixion of plant and animal life in fall and winter, it's resur-rection in the spring (Easter), and the ascent into heaven(summer). The name Holy in Holy Bible comes from theword Helios, meaning sun, and biblio means book. Thus the holyBible translates into the Sun Book.In the Holy Quran there is a Sura called Buruj, or the ZodiacalSigns. According to the Yusef Ali

    translation page 1714, in his notes(# 6051), he says;

"Here is an appeal to three mysticsymbols, ... one of which is the glori-ous sky with the broad belt of theconstellations marking the twelvesigns of the zodiac..."

In the Holy Koran of the Moorish Sci-ence Temple of America, on page 5,it says:

tors and his guide and they willlead to victory."The stations of the sun are thetwelve signs of the zodiac. Trulyknowledge and the application ofthe science of the zodiac willlead us to victory.

    In a book called "The Great Seal",by Paul Foster Case, he says;

" the conceptions behind the pat-tern of government adopted in1776 are expounded in the lec-tures, dramatized in the ritualsand summarized in the symbols of freemasonry.

Remember, as discussed in the previous issue, that freemasonryis a legacy of the Moors passed to the Europeans and formed into

speculative freemasonry by Sir Francis Bacon. Speculative ma-

sonry is Moorish Science based on mathematics, the zodiac andgeometry. On page 6-7, case says; "Paul Revere began his famous ride afteran adjourned meeting of a masonic lodge", ...when BenjaminFranklin helped draft the declaration of independence, he waspast grandmaster of the Pennsylvania freemasons. ...GeorgeWashington was a mason, and so were twelve of his generals."

Again you will notice that George Washington was symbolicallythe sun and his twelve generals symbolized the twelve signs ofthe zodiac. 1+12 equal 13. The number thirteen has alwayssymbolized the sun and the twelve zodiac signs. Case says on

    page 9,

"Throughout the history of the United States, the number 13 hasbeen prominent. The spirit of "76", 7+6=13. July the fourth has13 letters. 13 ships made up the first navy of the United States. The 13 colonies. On the back of the dollar bill you have; 13 redand white stripes in the shield, 13 arrows, 13 stars in the crest,13 berries and 13 leaves in the eagles right claw, etc. The horo-

scope of the declaration of independence, set up for the hour atwhich that document was signed on July, 4 1776, shows the sunin thirteen degrees of the sign of Cancer, and makes the ascen-dant thirteen degrees in the sign of Scorpio, which sign is repre-

sented by the number thirteen in the ancientRosicrucian and masonic tarot keys."

Nothing happens here in America by coinci-

dence, everything is secretly based on MoorishScience, also referred to as freemasonry.

Also, if you look very closely at the web in thebackground of the dollar bill, you will notice that the web is ac-tually the zodiac wheel divided into the twelve houses of the zo-diac. The zodiac is the key to the Federal government.

(Right) Here is the gematria letter code of Qabala. On page 11 ofThe Great Seal, case goes on to say; "based upon this fact thatin Hebrew and Greek every word is a number, is a method ofbiblical interpretation called gematria, a term derived, probablyfrom the Greek geomatria, whence comes the English noun, ge-ometry. Rabbinical commentators on the old testament used ge-matria long before the Christian era. Their precedent was fol-

lowed by the Qabalists and Rosicrucians who did so much to in-fluence freemasonry." Gematria is a number - letter code used bythe Qabalists. Notice the zodiac and planetary correspondences inthe code. Remember earlier we remarked that the priesthood ofthe Judeo, Christian, Islamic tradition hid the science of the zo-diac and gave the masses religious mystery in it's place. Theythemselves were well versed in the science of the zodiac, and

esoteric side of Judaism, just like Christianity has it's Gnosticsand masons, and Islam it's Sufi and Ismaili orders. We will godeeper into Qabala, masonry and Sufism in later issues.

As mentioned in the previ-ous issue, when Ben Bey( Benjamin Banneker ) de-signed Washington DC.,the science of the zodiacwas incorporated intoevery aspect of it's design.

In the patterns made bythe streets can be foundthe symbols for all theplanets and signs of thezodiac. Also there arestreets that line up withthe sun during the vernal

equinox, the autumnal equinox, the summer solstice, as well as,

the winter solstice. It is designed to be the universal apprenticehall of the science of government, also referred to as the North-gate, as in the north star(Polaris).

The science of the 12 signs ofthe zodiac and the twelvecombinations of life that it

represents is also the basis ofthe clock, the standard usedto measure time, dividing thecircle into twelve equal partscalled hours. It is also the ba-sis of the standard of meas-urement of space called therule or ruler which is divided

into twelve equal parts calledinches. Thus the twelve combinations of the zodiac is also thefoundation of the measurement of time in space. What a re-markably ingenious and consistent gift the ancient Moors(Chaldean, Chronos) have given the world with the zodiacwheel. In the following issues we will look at how the Moorishtheoretical science and the science of the zodiac is applied to

This is a veryhard undertaking. An undertaking where weare bound to make some mistakes due to thedegree to which history has been hidden, sup-

Ido not claim that my historical research is infal-lible, and I will make public any mistakes that Irealize or that has been brought to my atten-tion. represents the Moorish woman and child, and the sword above itrepresents the persecution of the mother and child. The crescentrepresents the mother or widow in masonry, as well as, the insti-

    tutions teaching Islam amongst our people in this hemisphere.The star represents the child (so-called "New Moors"), those be-ing born into Moorish Science. In the book of Revelations, 12:1-5, it says;

    The Apocalypse

" And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a Woman

clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon herhead a crown of twelve stars; and she being with child cried, tra-vailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. ...and there appearedanother wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, hav-ing seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns on his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and didcast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the womanwhich was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon

    as it was born"

    J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI represent the dragon spoken of,and the Cointelpro program of the 1960's, whose official statedpurpose was to stop the rise of a "black messiah". Cointelprorepresents that which was to devour her child [Black Messiah]as soon as it was born. This so-called Black Messiah is thechild the Woman was travailing to give birth to. But despite

the dragons attempts to devour the child, the next verse inthe book of Revelations says; "and she brought forth a manchild, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and herchild was caught up unto God, and to his throne." Thus the child(the New Moors) were born during the 60's, and survived, de-spite the attempts of J. Edgar Hoover's Cointelpro (the great reddragon).

The next series verses describes a war in heaven between Mi-chael and his angels and the dragon and his angels. Heaven is astate of mind, thus the war in heaven is actually referring to awar for the minds of our people. It is a war of the paradigms. The"New Moors" paradigm is now slaying the dragon and his para-digm, and his paradigm is being cast out of heaven (from the

the Persian noble in the picture on the right.

These facts show a definite connection between the so-called oldand new world long before Columbus. It also shows that theoceans were not a barriers to travel for the ancient Moors, but

was in fact that which facilitated travel for the sea-faring ancient

Moorish navigators who also settled the various islands in the

    Pacific Ocean also.

setting up of the first world order after the flood. We were themasters of the seven seas. One of the great dynasties of Indiawas called the Maurya Dynasty (Maur = Moor) dating from 321BC.. Once you grasp this Moorish paradigm, almost everywhere

you look, you will either find traces of the ancient Moorish civili-zation, or it's influences. Even the Muslims in the Philippines areknown as Moors to this day.

(Below) Moorish influence caneven be seen amongst the KluKlux Klan. I present to you aKlu Klux Klan manual. It is

known as their Kloran, afterthe Moorish Koran. In factone of the officers is even called"Klaliff" after the Moorish termfor successor or ruler, Kaliph. The Klu Klux Klan spearheadedthe battle against the Moorsand Moorish civilization after

the union of 1854-1865. Theiruse of these term show the de-gree of their familiarity withthe Moors and Moorish civiliza-tion. If they were not fightingthe Moors here in this hemi-sphere, how would you account for them knowing Moorish ter-minology. They did not travel to Africa, the learned this termi-

    (Right) One day while researching, I found an old book called"Records of the Court of Assistants of the Colony of the Massa-chusetts Bay 1630 - 1692". I found two interesting references toMoors (Below). One reference on page 118, says;

    tween England and the Moors, prior to the Moroccan treaty of1787.Sure enough, in another book I found that same day called;

"Index of British Treaties1101 - 1968", I found thatdating back as far as 1666,there were numerous trea-ties between England andthe Moors. Between 1666and 1762, I counted 26treaties between England

and; Morocco, Algiers,Tripoli and Tunis. Below isan example.

These treaties betweenEngland and the Moors arethe reasons why in theBlack codes of Virginia

as early as 1705, it specifi-cally says that Moors andTurks in amity are ex-empted from slavery. "Inamity" means the exists atreaty of peace andfriendship between two

    countries.

Notice in the treaty mentioned (Above) between England andAlgiers it says; Treaty of peace with the Bassa and Divan of Al-gier.

Budgett Meakin, in the book, "The Moorish Empire" says onpages 165-166, that the divan or deewan or "council of the

blacks, had become the actual center of power", and on page 166he refers to the Divan or Deewan as "the all powerful Deewan ofthe of the blacks". This Divan or Deewan was a highly trainedstanding army numbering into the hundreds of thousands. It was

this Divan that put Sultans in power and took them down ac-cording to their will.

The slave-holders in this country had to destroy all knowledge ofMoorish civilization and nationality in order to enslave you and I.as "Moors", they could not enslave you due to the treaties signedbetween England and various Moorish republics and later be-tween the newly founded Untied States and Morocco. Thus they

had to get us out of our proper name and nationality in order toenslave us. This was the motivation behind the slave brainwash-ing. This problem was not the mis-education of the Negro, butwas the "mis-education" of the Moor to make him believe he is a"Negro, descendant of West African slaves and brought here onslave ships. Based on our present situation, I would say that theEuropeans were very successful. They falsified and forged docu-ments in order to classify you as Negroes brought from Africa

instead of Moorish prisoners of war. If they did not re-classify usthus, they wouldof been in viola-tion of all thosetreaties, espe-cially if they en-slaved Moorishnationals. The

reason I show allthese proofs thatwe were the par-ties to thesetreaties is be-cause accordingto the constitu-tion, treaties are

the law of theland. In facttreaties are evensomewhat morepowerful than the constitution because even if the constitution issuspended under martial law, the treaties in force are not sus-pended. Martial law suspends the countrys domestic obligations,

but does not suspend international obligations.

have information that you definitely will not want to miss.
