Clients of AKL are GENERAL MOTORS , NISSAN , GHABOUR , MCV and a wide variety of after market products

My main responsibilities at AKL are :

*internal audits

*prepare & modify E-mark documents for exterior commodities of AKL

*suppliers’ improvement and auditing

*knowledge of LSSGB - lean manufacturing - SPC

*communicate with GM team and exchange all needed technical data concerning all open issues (change

management - new projects - pricing - cost raise - process modification - audits – samples’ approval)

*make technical studies of new clients like NISSAN and participate in ASES & PSES audits

*developing new wireless ANDON system for all section of the factory

*train workers & supervisors on new ways of production and modifications

*design layout of different work stations

*research new manufacturing methods

*make comparisons between AKL & other competitors

*source new clients and suppliers

*attend & represent AKL at different fairs

*attend fast response meeting and participate in solving presented problems

*attend team feasibilities

*pricing of new products & GM products & cost raising

* new products design (3D &prototyping& manufacturing) according to standardized and certified drawings or original samples

*process design & optimization

*design racks for handling of parts inside & outside AKL (reduced cost)

*setting standards of work and critical points for production and quality

*reviewing, studying and purchasing new production lines, spare parts and equipment

*opening new business with new major clients

*RPN risk reduction -developed computerized method to measure RPN priority level based on BIQs

new models as well as launching aftermarket products of AKL factory.
