Snack time

Children may bring either a piece of fruit / cheese etc for a snack.

Milk is free for all children under five. After this time parents will be sent a

letter to see if you still wish your child to have milk, followed by an invoice.

Alternative drinks may be brought, clearly labelled please!

We are a Healthy School so we encourage healthy lunchboxes.

All children have the opportunity for a fruit snack during the afternoon.

Children will be presented with a reading folder when they have

consolidated their ‘Set 1 Sounds’, which includes a ‘Ditty Book’ for them to work through at home. On completion of Ditty Books,

they will bring a traditional ‘Reading Scheme’ book home to

practise with.

Week 1 Half Days 9am-12.20pm (No Lunch) (2 days)

Weeks 2 & 3 5 X Early Finish Days – Staying for Lunch (9am-1pm)

Week 4 Whole Day Monday (9am-3.30pm), Early Finish Tues-Fri.

Week 5 Whole Days Monday, Tuesday + 3 Early Finish days.

Week 6 Whole Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + 2 Early Finish days.

Week 7 Whole Days Monday ,Tuesday ,Wednesday Thursday + 1 Early Finish day.

Week 8 Full Week of Whole Days.
