Canteen News
Money owing to canteen for lost/forgotten food – the canteen is sending out backdated IOU cards from Terms 1, 2 and 3. Payment for IOUs received can be made online via Flexi schools (using the IOU button) or in cash over the canteen counter.
All possible care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of your child’s IOU status. If you believe an IOU has been issued in error, please do not hesitate to contact the canteen via email at [email protected]. Thank you for your understanding.
PSSA – if your child participates in PSSA on Fridays, please remember to add PSSA to all online and over-the-counter orders. Also, do not order hot food items for PSSA, as they cannot be prepared in time for when the PSSA kids leave school.
We have over 200 lunch orders on Fridays and it is very time consuming to look through them all to find
someone’s lunch order if they have forgotten to add PSSA.
Thank you – to all our volunteers for their help in the canteen this term. We couldn’t do it without you! Have a wonderful holiday and see you next term.

Kitchen Garden
Spring has definitely sprung!! Yr 4 have been busy propagating plants and sowing seed for a wide variety of vegetables, fruit and flowers this term, ready to transplant next term. Yr 2 have visited the garden to plant sunflower seeds and also some of their bean seedlings. Many thanks to the fabulous Jo Holley and her team of
wonderful volunteers for organising and running the inaugural Kitchen
Garden Stall at the carnival on Saturday - it was fantastic! Also a thankyou to the NB Council for recently donating some new compost bins to the school. Please be aware that sitting, standing or playing on the compost bins breaks the lids, so please discourage everyone from doing this!
