3.Optimism-Being optimistic, in the typical sense of the word, ultimately means one expects the best possible outcome from any given situation. This is usually referred to in psychology as dispositional optimism.
A.Optimism- is a mental attitude or world view that interprets situations and events as being best (optimized), meaning that in some way for factors that may not be fully comprehended, the present moment is in an optimum state. The concept is typically extended to include the attitude of hope for future conditions unfolding as optimal as well
B.Gratitude- thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive.

Defination- The Negativity bias (also known as the negativity
effect) refers to the notion that, even when of equal intensity,
things of a more negative nature (e.g. unpleasant thoughts,
emotions, or social interactions; harmful/traumatic events) have a
greater effect on one’s psychological state and processes than do
neutral or positive things. In other words, something very positive
will generally have less of an impact on a person’s behavior and
cognition than something equally emotional but negative. The
negativity bias has been investigated within many different
domains, including the formation of impressions and general
evaluations; attention, learning, and memory; and decision-
making and risk considerations

Record three good things each day. Next to each positive event that you list, write a reflection (at least one sentence) about one or more of the following topics:– Why this good thing happened– What this good thing means to you– What you can do tomorrow to enable more of this
good thing– What ways you or others contribute to this good
thing
