o District signed an agreement with the Community College League of California (CCLC) for solar consulting services
• 2015o District released a RFQ/P for a design-build solar energy project
o Contract awarded to Borrego Solar Systems, Inc.

o 0% interest, 17-year loan through the California Energy Commission
