COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS SCORESThe Indiana Department of Education (DOE) calculates the “College and Career Readiness” index based on the percentage of graduates passing Advanced Placement exams, passing dual credit classes, attaining International Baccalaureate diplomas, or attaining a designation known as “Industry Certification” as per the DOE vocational training standards.

1993, 1998, 2003Roncalli was awarded the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award given by the United States Depart-ment of Education on three separate occasions.
2003One of only 5 high schools in the nation honored for its outstanding Service Learning program by the United States Department of Education.
2004Selected by the Concerned Businessmen’s Association of America as the top school in the country in its Set A Good Example Award program.
2012One of 12 Catholic schools throughout the country to win the Innovations in Catholic Education Award presented by Today’s Catholic Teacher at the Harvard Club in Boston, Massachusetts.
2015One of 5 Catholic school boards throughout the country to win Outstanding Board Leadership Award given by the National Catholic Educational Association.

INDIANA AWARD WINNING FACULTY
Roncalli’s architectural design classes have produced 12 national architect champions.
Award-winning Roncalli faculty include the Indiana Association for Health and Physical Education Educator of the Year; World Languages Teacher of the Year; Indiana Physics Teacher of the Year; Prelude Award Fine Arts Teacher of the Year; Indiana �espian Hall of Fame Inductee; Indiana Non-Public Education Administrator of the Year; Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching Finalist, Archbishop O’Meara Pro-Life Award and the Indiana Special Education Administrator of the Year winner.
Since 1987, �e Indianapolis Star in concert with the Indiana Department of Education has worked to highlight students who have demonstrated academic excellence over the course of their high school career. Each year the top 40 graduates in the state are selected to receive the prestigious title of Indiana Academic All Star. Over the course of the program, 18 Roncalli graduates have now been recognized. Only four high schools in the state have had more All Stars.
Roncalli has earned 7 major distinctions and awards at the national level for the success and achievements of our academic and service learning programs.

INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION HIGHEST SCHOOL RANKINGRoncalli High School was named an Indiana Four Star School by the Indiana Department of Education.
Receiving designation as a Four Star School signi�es a pursuit of academic excellence among both the students and the administration. �e Indiana Department of Education recognizes Four Star Schools and their leadership for their hard work and dedication to preparing their students for a bright and prosperous future.
Created in 1988, the Four Star School Award has been in existence for nearly 30 years. To receive Four Star designation, a school must receive an “A” on the state’s A-F accountability system, have excellent ISTEP pass rates, carry overall high graduation rate (if applicable), and show success in closing achievement gaps.
