Report and Evaluation of Transnational Meeting from Malaga (SPAIN)

Headmaster and teacher from the Czech Republic, Headmistress and two teachers from Italy, three teachers from Turkey and headmistress and many teachers from Spain have met up together to plan and discuss about Erasmus project „Different yet the same.“

The management of host schools has approved on activities, cooperating institutions and on the transnational meeting in Malaga they discussed about activities during two years and what would benecessary changed in order to come to the best conclusion for the next two years.

For the transnational meetings, the partner schools reviewed and agreed on all the details, including the duration, safety regulations and the programme of the stay. Previous to the transnational meeting, teachers facilitated socio-cultural background information of the hosting country. The institutions, which teachers have cooperated, have been addressed and agreements have been come to as for the cooperation on the project activities and its details, incuding the number of participants – children, participents teachers, the details of the activities, duration, necessary aids and equipment, and the most important financial part of the project, outcomes and evaluation.

Teachers have demostrated how to use google driver and how to put activities to google driver from each school.

Teachers have spoken about e-twinning and the result is that each school will take part in etwinning project which has been prepared. All schools are registrated in etwinning webside.

Host school (in Spain) has engaged whole school into organisation. The school program , equipment and outside have been introdused. Partners have knowen each other better.

Overviewing the work plan from the top to the bottom and revising it have been discussed deepily.

Information about using the project budget has been debated.

Exchanging ideas about travelling, transferring, accommodation, insurance, participants' safety, etc and giving advices have been resolved.

The things to do to make the project results and outcomes have been more qualified

The importance of generalization activities and overviewing the assignment of duties have been established.

Achieving continuity of e-Twinning activities has been worked out.

Responsibilities of partners and the host school at the time of learning, teaching, training activities have been determined.

The way which is to be followed in the project management and development has been designated.

Evaluation of all activities have been fixed.

Competition of Logo has been stopped and the logo´s winner has been pointed. 530 pupils voted for Logo No.12. Best logo recived 7530 points. It was made of children from Italy school. Logo has symbolized the topic "Different yet the same" of the project truthfuly.

Teachers/management have had first hand experience from a school in different environment usinga different system of education. That helped to understand the school background and the problemsface to face more deeply.
