As a result of CLEC comments and internal testing, modifications to Version 04.01 of the Local Service Pre-Ordering Requirements (LSPOR), and to Version 04.02 of the Local Service Ordering Requirements (LSOR) are being proposed. The following modifications to LSPOR version 04.01 and to LSOR version 04.02 are documented in this letter, and the sequence number has been updated. Sequence Number for LSPOR: 04.01.02 Sequence Number for LSOR: 04.02.04

LSPOR: No modifications were made this month, so all items from Accessible Letter CLECAMS03-002 were labeled “Previous”.

LSOR: Modifications to the LSOR were published in Accessible Letter CLECAMS03-002 (dated January 14, 2003). Additional modifications are being proposed, and are documented in this letter’s attachment in the following format:

3. Clarified the Legend for REQTYP/ACT Matrix (Tables) definition of Optional in the Field Representation Definitions section (#3.1).

4. Added a new Header Reject Message in the Error Codes and Messages section (#5.7). This change was documented in Accessible Letter CLECAMS03-004 (dated January 23, 2003), and is effective with the March 15, 2003 release.

5. Added a Condition on the Local Service Request Form’s SPEC field (#42).

6. Revised the End User Form’s Room field (#18) to update the CLEC Online website information.

7. Removed a Note from the LOOP Form’s LS Form Entries section (#8.2) that refers to manual ordering.

8. Revised a Condition on the LOOP Form’s SHARED # – Line sharing/ HFPL field (#47). This change was documented in Accessible Letter CLECAMS03-004 (dated January 23, 2003), and is effective with the March 15, 2003 release.

9. Removed a Note from the LOOP SERVICE With NUMBER PORTABILITY Form’s LSNP Form Entries section (#9.2) that refers to manual ordering.

10. Revised the Resale Private Line Form’s Room – Primary Location field (#22) and Room – Room (Secondary Location) field (#52) to update the CLEC Online website information.

11. Revised the CENTREX Services Form’s Room field (#86) to update the CLEC Online website information.

12. Updated the field names in the DIGITAL TRUNKING Form (LSOR Section 17.2), under the Digital Trunk Group Details Sub-Section.

13. Revised the Digital Trunking Services Form’s Room field (#33) to update the CLEC Online website information.

14. Revised the EDI data on the ISDN PRIME Form’s Access Customer Terminal Location (ACTL) field (#19) from Header back to Detail.


15. Revised the ISDN PRIME Form’s Room field (#40) to update the CLEC Online website information.

16. Added a Condition to the DIRECTORY LISTING Form’s Record Type (RTY) field (#12) that involves the Listing Type field’s Non-Pub values. This Condition is effective on February 19, 2003.

NOTE: Non-Pub Additional Listings will not be supported in LSOG 04.02.

17. Added a Condition to the DIRECTORY LISTING Form’s Listing Telephone Number (LTN) field (#39) that for Resale and UNE P, the LTN must be associated with a working telephone number. This Condition is effective on February 19, 2003.
